The cleaning itself was also disappointing. There was still dust in corners, the laundry room door was dirty, and several baseboards and hallways were missed. For the price I paid, the results and professionalism were unacceptable. When I reached out about the damage, the owner offered excuses instead of a real solution and did not want to compensate for the damaged stovetop. This company is a wolf in sheep's clothing.
