There were several times over several visits that I'd find broken doorstops, not the end of the world- but they never addressed it. I'd find them after they left, tucked in the corner behind the doors. Ok, door stops are pretty cheap. But...the last visit, I had just had a brand new glass shower installed. One of the girls took a brush and scratched the glass. I saw it right after they left- texted the owner immediately and sent a picture. Her first reaction was. "Yes, will come and discuss." I never heard back. I reached out several more times, and now several months later, nothing! I'm very disappointed, as I didn't think this was their character, but it's going to cost over $1000 to replace that glass!!
