They provide all cleaning supplies, which is huge not having to worry about stocking up on things like Lysol, Clorox, Windex, etc. Not only do they get the hard to reach places, they go above and beyond by taking out the trash and making the beds. There were several times over several visits that I'd find broken doorstops, not the end of the world- but they never addressed it. I'd find them after they left, tucked in the corner behind the doors. Ok, door stops are pretty cheap. But...the last visit, I had just had a brand new glass shower installed. One of the girls took a brush and scratched the glass. I saw it right after they left- texted the owner immediately and sent a picture. Her first reaction was. "Yes, will come and discuss." I never heard back. I reached out several more times, and now several months later, nothing! I'm very disappointed, as I didn't think this was their character, but it's going to cost over $1000 to replace that glass!!
