Several basic areas were missed, including the toilets, the inside of the sliding glass door, and the fronts of the cabinets. These aren't small details or special requests--they are basic things I would expect to be addressed during a professional house cleaning. What makes this especially disappointing is that Molly Maid came highly recommended to me by someone who currently uses their service, so I had high expectations and was looking forward to potentially becoming a regular customer. The company did offer to send someone back, but after spending $300, I don't feel I should need another appointment to have basic cleaning tasks completed that should have been done correctly the first time. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not use Molly Maid again and cannot recommend their services. For the amount I paid, I expected a much more thorough and professional cleaning.
