I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with Molly Maid. I paid approximately $300 for two…read morecleaners to spend about two hours cleaning my home, and unfortunately, the quality of the cleaning did not come close to what I expected for that price. Several basic areas were missed, including the toilets, the inside of the sliding glass door, and the fronts of the cabinets. These aren't small details or special requests--they are basic things I would expect to be addressed during a professional house cleaning. What makes this especially disappointing is that Molly Maid came highly recommended to me by someone who currently uses their service, so I had high expectations and was looking forward to potentially becoming a regular customer. The company did offer to send someone back, but after spending $300, I don't feel I should need another appointment to have basic cleaning tasks completed that should have been done correctly the first time. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not use Molly Maid again and cannot recommend their services. For the amount I paid, I expected a much more thorough and professional cleaning.
