My husband and I have been on the hunt for a bi-weekly cleaning service and after trying other companies, I can attest that Molly Maid has won our heart after only one clean. Being apart of our family business on the management and customer service side of things, I tend to pay attention to "the small things". IE:) sparkling clean purple MM cars for employees to use, smart, yet functioning uniforms, thank you notes from the cleaners, stickers on TP etc. I appreciate the professionalism the company has shown from the start of the process all the way to the end of our house cleaning. Jessica, the estimator, was very though walking through the process of what to expect from the MM service and provided us the price of what our bi-weekly service would be. We found the price to be reasonable- especially after the clean! I've worked with other local companies and the price was not only higher but the clean was not a thorough, too. Megan and Tori cleaned our home and they did a fantastic job. They introduced themselves to my entire family when they arrived, I showed them our home and they went straight to work. They were also very personable- as they made sure to answer my daughter (almost 2 YR old) as she was excitingly yelling "HI" upstairs as they began to clean and "BYE, BYE" when we left. I felt more than comfortable leaving the care of my home in their hands. I feel a sense of ease knowing that I found a company that I know will take care of me and my family. Being a stay at home AND working from home Momma, I look forward to being more present with my loved ones in a tidy, clean and healthy environment. This is some of the best money I've ever spent and that says A LOT for someone who took YEARS of accepting the fact that even "Super Mom" can't do it all. I'm grateful for you, Megan and Tori. Thank you for your amazing service- I look forward to seeing you in the future. #customerforlife read more

6/22/2020 Molly Maid. Apparently the last time I posted a comment on your web site for Team #5 of Jennifer and Natalie, it did not appear. So they never received their bounce. Here is a hard copy for their last visit two weeks ago. These two ladies work very well together and my son and I always look forward to their visit. There is always a pleasant greeting when they arrive and then they go right to wok. Natalie goes to the lower level and Jennifer begins in the kitchen. We have a Viking built in range. The trays under the heavy cast iron grills collect a lot of grease on them after two weeks of use. It always amazes me how that range looks like knew after Jennifer worked so hard on it. These two ladies always work matchlessly in very room of our home. For this reason my son and I respectfully request to keep Team #5 parentally. They deserve a bonus for their last two visits. Respectfully. George D, Primich Frank B. Primich read more

Recently, my housekeeper, who did a good job, quit. After some research, I decided to try Molly Maids, and was EXTREMELY satisfied. The first cleaning was AWESOME, and it continued! Even my husband, who THINKS our home is always clean, commented on what a fantastic job. I have recommended them to friends, and will love coming home to a clean house. I will continue to use this cleaning service because their staff provide exceptional work. JAX read more

I've have had the Megan & Tori team come every 2 weeks for going on a year now. LOVE them! I just can't say enough to give them justice. Not only do they do a perfect job keeping my home spic & span, they are also "good people". They are always kind, friendly & personable while remaining professional & respectful. I wouldn't have any other team! I refer to them as "my girls". Thanks so much! :) read more

Requested service on line and within 10 minutes received a phone call from the company. With unexpected company within a week, I was very glad that MM could schedule a two hour service during the upcoming week. Reasonable pricing especially since they bring all the equipment that is needed. Megan and Tori did a great job cleaning about 1100 square feet. I would definitely recommend them. read more

My husband and I hired Molly Maid without obtaining a recommendation. The fact no contract was required, allowed this. If we were not pleased with their work we would not have to continue their service. The two girls were prompt and friendly. We were very pleased with their work. I would definitely recommend them to others. Marsha B. read more

Molly Maids is an easy company to work with. The process begins with an in person estimate, discussion of options and scheduling of services. A team then comes to the house for a thorough initial cleaning. The same team then returns as scheduled. Rachel and Jess from Molly Maids are always punctual, professional, pleasant and thorough. read more

The crew was extremely professional. The work was unexpected detailed and comprehensive. They even did some nice touches like you would see in an upscale hotel room. The lead crew member performed quality control checks on the crew's work and even heard some detailed tips about ways to clean the hardwood to get the best results. read more

Cynthia and Wendy did and outstanding job of cleaning our new home. This was a new construction home that needed extensive cleaning to remove drywall dust which had gotten into all the kitchen and bath cabinets, showers, etc. The house was immaculate and ready to move in when they finished. read more
