They were prompt and efficient and did great work. They cleaned up the surrounding area. When it came time to have the exterior of our house power washed I again got a few estimates. Knowing the fine work they did with our tree work, I decided to go with Above and Beyond. Once again, they were great! Sadly a recent tornado came right through my neighborhood and tore apart two very large trees in my yard. I got a same day estimate for tree removal and they did the work the next day. Fantastic! Soft wash was scheduled for a Wednesday and I got a call Monday morning wanting to change appointment to that Monday afternoon. No problems with the change but turned into a no call/no show that day. I called back a week later when I hadn't heard from them and the wash was rescheduled. I arrived home the day of the "soft wash" to find them using high pressure streams to wash the roof. The rejuvenation was scheduled for a week later. I received three or four text messages reminding me they would be out and again that day was a no call/no show from them. Rejuvenation was cancelled and I can hopefully find someone else to complete the job. Based on my experience, I couldn't in good faith recommend this company to anyone.

After 5 hours in my home, I was incredibly confused on how little cleaning had actually been done. I was working from home, so I was able to keep my eye on the progress here and there, but at some point I basically just had to accept the fact I was going to have to do my own deep clean after my cleaning service was done. Basic things... Half the windows weren't cleaned. She forgot to vacuum the carpeted stairs, she forgot to dust the ceiling fans, the wall/ceiling corners still had cobwebs, the couches and chairs hadn't been touched (the advertisement said they would be vacuumed), the tops of the coffee tables had been dusted, but not the sides or the shelves underneath. I had to remind her the kitchen counters weren't wiped. Not even a little bit, there was still some bbq sauce there that my son had dripped the night before. This is all stuff in plain sight. It looked like she had wiped the kitchen appliances with a wet rag, which left huge streaks on stainless steel. The front window wasn't washed, the bedroom windows weren't washed. She didn't straighten cushions, or even move a blanket that was on the floor to vacuum under it. For 5 hours of "deep clean", the only thing that that was even passable were the bathrooms. Absolute scam.
