When I originally called to schedule an appointment, they spent a great deal of extra time on the phone walking me through some steps of doing an initial check of my chimney and what to look out for to minimize risk of fire/CO exposure. They did not have to do this, but went way out of their way to spend this extra time with me and lend a hand. Scheduling was easy and efficient, and they use Square app to confirm, track, and enable notifications for the appointment. During the inspection/cleaning, they were very friendly, transparent, communicative, and efficient. They prepped the work area which was then spotless upon completion as if they were never even there. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and personable. I had great conversations with the two sons during the appointment, and they took extra time to answer my questions and to walk through safety and operational concerns I had.
