Project: Composite Deck, 16x16. Pricing was abundantly fair, in line with what I had expected using online estimators and adjusting for material/labor realities. The quality of the work was fantastic - when I misunderstood how one piece would look in different lighting, they made the effort to replace it regardless of the fact I was in the wrong. I had been specifically impressed with the quality of ensuring everything was perfectly aligned and that the material lot numbers were verified before installation giving the best chance for quality color match. I would say it was a much more hands on project in terms of initiating conversation, but once this issue was raised, there were efforts to improve before the project completed. Timelines were not fully met, but there were reasonable impacts and minimum viable options were completed to meet hard deadlines on my side. I have encountered a highly frustrating experience with this company. After over a month of attempting to contact them, I was finally informed that "insurance isn't my problem." This response came 22 days after I had personally notified them that I required their paperwork to facilitate my insurance covering the cost difference. Initially, I waited a week between attempts to contact them, but my phone calls were subsequently ignored. I resorted to calling from different numbers, only to be questioned about how I was able to do so. It became evident that my calls were being screened. Ultimately, I was told, "I would just prefer not to work with you." The process began positively--the salesman was courteous, and the pricing was reasonable. However, communication ceased, and promises to return calls were not fulfilled. If this is indicative of their pre-job conduct, I am concerned about the potential for issues post-completion. read more

R.L. Roofing provided excelent service from quoting right through the installation. They stripped and re-roofed two sections of our home and completed tore off the old siding, replaced damaged wood, and installed vinyl siding on both the house and garage. Both the roofing and siding teams worked hard while they were here, finished timely and cleaned up very well. They even came back and fixed a little area that I didn't like the looks of.
