For cleaning 7 different plant locations not only is this work great but their price for their work is great! If something does come up they are always quick to get right on it. We as a company do supply some of the supplies: trash bags, toilet bowl cleaners, paper towels, urinal screens etc. but other cleaning devices are provided by the service itself. They were very professional and friendly and did a wonderful job on our carpets. They look brand new and we've had a lot of compliments on the quality of the work. We also had them scotch guarded. The kitchen was barely touched, with spiderwebs left in every corner, cabinets were sticky to the touch, corners of the floor had built up debris left in them. The bathrooms had visible debris on the walls indicating that they were not wiped down. The carpets were vacuumed but that seems to be the extent of the cleaning. Isabel offered to return to "redo the pictured items" but I had other contractors and a tight timeline so I had to correct the issues myself in order to not delay moving in; she refused any kind of refund. For a $500 cleaning I expect much more.
