Statements like "I'll be there on the 25th" or "I will be there at 9:00 a.m." don't seem to have the same meaning for her as they do for the rest of us Earthlings. Even when she chooses the date and time. Even when she understands the need for a specific time on a specific day and confirms it verbally or via text. Cleaning, when she did it, was wonderful in some respects and completely missed in others. Sadly, the owner (Brad) seems to be aware of Jen's issues and doesn't seem to be concerned. I will sum up my experience with Jen from Michiana Cleaners in one word: Inconsistency. My one-word description of my experience with Michiana Cleaners: Disappointing
