They couldn't be sure what the spot was from after a month. I was never told there was a time limit if the spot "seeped" back. He informed me of the process and disclosed that there wasn't any guarantee that the stain along with other spots would come out given that other products were already used and the spot was rubbed vigorously instead of blotted, but after he finished his work and I air dried the cushions they look good as new!
