They were very professional and friendly and did a wonderful job on our carpets. They look brand new and we've had a lot of compliments on the quality of the work. We also had them scotch guarded. He told me it would be Friday and that I would need to prep my kitchen and purchase additional supplies. He told me he would reach back out to me on Thursday to confirm. I never heard from him again... After moving everything from the kitchen and purchasing the supplies, I never received a phone call on Thursday. I then reached out to him via text. He replied back that he was Steve. I then asked about Friday. No reply. I called. No reply. I emailed. No reply... How do you run a business like that??? What a joke.
