The owner called one of his installers and the dude could do it the next day. Same day if I really needed it. Are you kidding me? The installation went perfectly, the installer left the place spotless and 24 hour service. I gave five stars because there wasn't an option for six I highly recommend!

That other company let me down after starting demo and leaving on day one. Upon my first visit at Comfort Flooring shortly thereafter, Wendy greeted me with a smile and took care of me and assured me that we will take care of her and end up being a happy customer. I certainly am. While a higher price than competitors, the higher cost is worth it for peace of mind and quality work. You get what you pay for, and for a long-term flooring solution, the extra cost is worth it. Wendy's walk-through of our house was helpful and she was very patient as we looked at many, many samples across many days. The ability to take home a few sample panels on a few occasions was nice. Great communication from start to finish, as we had many moving parts with a kitchen renovation and other work to be done in our house. The 2 installers were great. All-around nice guys who were skilled at their trade. The quality of work on our installation was impeccable. Attention to detail in all aspects of the project. These guys know what they are doing and the quality shows. They showed up on time, were respectful of our property, and there were no surprises. Did I mention attention to detail? These professionals took their time and did the work to a high standard. Thank you. The original plan was for a 5 day demo/installation. Wendy adjusted this to 7 days after evaluating how much demo would be needed (we had 3 previous layers of flooring to be removed). The installers finished early on the 7th day... on schedule.
