This review is for the tire shop…read more Last week while on route from Chicago to Travers City MI, about a 6 hour trip, we discovered a huge gash in the sidewall of one of our Bridgestone DriveGuard tires, about halfway through the trip. These are run-flat tires designed to be driven up to 50 miles with no air at all. As a result, cars fitted with these tires are not outfitted with spares, nor do they contain spare tire compartments. The problem is, this modal tire is not usually readily available at most tire shops. Because the tires were purchased from Costco, we phoned the nearest Costco warehouse about 42 miles away, in Granger. The technician, Spencer, who may have been the shop's manager, informed us the tires were not in stock, but offered to phone nearby tire shops to locate one. Mind you, the shops he called were not Costco shops- they were independent. About 20 minutes later, Spencer phoned back to inform us they had located and purchased a tire from one such store. The gash in the tire was quite severe so we decided to have it towed by Dustin from Grand Beach Towing (review to follow). The tire was subsequently mounted, and we were on our way. Best yet, because of Costco's Roadside Hazard warranty the tire's cost was about 23% of its full price. I really appreciate the good and hard work Spencer put in to secure a new tire for us. I doubly appreciate Costco's Hazard Warranty. They really are the best.

Shopping at Costco is always really good and economic. Never had problems with customer service…read moreunfortunately today wasn't that. The grocery shopping and customer service was good until it was time to order a pizza. The guy that was making the pizza didn't have good customer service. For reason he kept skipping me for my order kept serving other people that were after me. As I tried to be nice asking him if he knew how much time he had a rude attitude and answer. Unfortunately he didn't have a name tag but he was African American and making the pizzas.

I highly recommend Comfort Flooring (aka Comfort Carpets). We had 1,400+ square feet of vinyl…read moreplank flooring installed. CC was also a one-stop shop for us, as they did the demo, as well as installation. For background, I shopped around quite a bit and ended up starting with another company in town who offered a lower price and assurances that they would do quality work. That other company let me down after starting demo and leaving on day one. Upon my first visit at Comfort Flooring shortly thereafter, Wendy greeted me with a smile and took care of me and assured me that we will take care of her and end up being a happy customer. I certainly am. While a higher price than competitors, the higher cost is worth it for peace of mind and quality work. You get what you pay for, and for a long-term flooring solution, the extra cost is worth it. Wendy's walk-through of our house was helpful and she was very patient as we looked at many, many samples across many days. The ability to take home a few sample panels on a few occasions was nice. Great communication from start to finish, as we had many moving parts with a kitchen renovation and other work to be done in our house. The 2 installers were great. All-around nice guys who were skilled at their trade. The quality of work on our installation was impeccable. Attention to detail in all aspects of the project. These guys know what they are doing and the quality shows. They showed up on time, were respectful of our property, and there were no surprises. Did I mention attention to detail? These professionals took their time and did the work to a high standard. Thank you. The original plan was for a 5 day demo/installation. Wendy adjusted this to 7 days after evaluating how much demo would be needed (we had 3 previous layers of flooring to be removed). The installers finished early on the 7th day... on schedule. Great communication overall by all involved at Comfort Flooring. If you are looking at LVP and are willing to pay for quality product and work, Comfort Flooring is the place to go. Many thanks to the Comfort Flooring team for improving our home!

When we moved here from California, we realized our carpets were quite grubby. The Master Care team…read morewas wonderful - so friendly on the phone, great with scheduling, and kept us updated on the timeline. They came and picked up the rugs when they said they would, and dropped off the rugs when they said they would - with a busy schedule, I definitely appreciate timeliness. When they realized that we might want the extra pet "sealing" process for our carpets, they called us to talk over what that meant and the price difference. They treated us with professionalism and care, and I have no hesitation in recommending them for any carpet cleaning needs! Our carpets look and smell great! I was so impressed by their services that I even called them back today to schedule a duct cleaning for the house (see previous reviews for why I had to schedule this), and they were, again, friendly and professional on the phone, and were able to squeeze me in at pretty short notice. I'll update this review after their duct cleaning is complete to let you all know how their services are with that too!

I requested a quote via Yelp and was able to schedule a cleaning the following day, no wait time…read more The turn around was excellent. I needed a natural fiber (cotton canvas) tufted sofa cleaned after it was stained with coffee. Abel the technician was very upfront and honest. He informed me of the process and disclosed that there wasn't any guarantee that the stain along with other spots would come out given that other products were already used and the spot was rubbed vigorously instead of blotted, but after he finished his work and I air dried the cushions they look good as new! Their cleaning product and equipment/machinery did the job! I highly recommend MasterCare for your cleaning needs, they are Masters at caring and cleaning.
