I requested a quote via Yelp and was able to schedule a cleaning the following day, no wait time. The turn around was excellent. I needed a natural fiber (cotton canvas) tufted sofa cleaned after it was stained with coffee. Abel the technician was very upfront and honest. He informed me of the process and disclosed that there wasn't any guarantee that the stain along with other spots would come out given that other products were already used and the spot was rubbed vigorously instead of blotted, but after he finished his work and I air dried the cushions they look good as new! I'm rarely impressed anymore but Abel and Brendyn showed up exactly on time (sorry, I was a few min late) and immediately it was obvious these guys were professional. Upon inspecting the rooms we were going to clean they expressed knowledge and understanding I was not expecting. I learned a lot. They explained what was needed and performed perfectly and almost exactly in the 2 hour time frame they predicted. I will never even think about using anyone but MasterCare and I will be requesting both Abel and Brendyn. Brendyn has an awesome band called Lalo Cura. I highly recommend this company for your carpet cleaning needs. We are selling my father's house and our realtor recommended them and I'm very thankful she did. When I called, I requested quotes on the rooms I needed done and while I was working with the wonderful receptionist, my brother asked if they also did linoleum floor cleaning as well as grout cleaning. I passed the phone over to him and the receptionist patiently went through the pricing and my brother agreed to the additional effort and the final price. When we moved here from California, we realized our carpets were quite grubby. The Master Care team was wonderful - so friendly on the phone, great with scheduling, and kept us updated on the timeline. They came and picked up the rugs when they said they would, and dropped off the rugs when they said they would - with a busy schedule, I definitely appreciate timeliness. When they realized that we might want the extra pet "sealing" process for our carpets, they called us to talk over what that meant and the price difference. They treated us with professionalism and care, and I have no hesitation in recommending them for any carpet cleaning needs! Our carpets look and smell great! I was so impressed by their services that I even called them back today to schedule a duct cleaning for the house (see previous reviews for why I had to schedule this), and they were, again, friendly and professional on the phone, and were able to squeeze me in at pretty short notice. The team that came to clean my parent's house today did a fantastic job. My mom was thrilled and I could hear the happiness in her voice when I called. She said they were very, very hard workers and very nice. The team was very patient and explained things thoroughly. The schedulers took plenty of time to discuss the cleaning options and the approximate cost. I thought the cost was very reasonable. Was very impressed with so many 5-star ratings and high praise for your employees and the professional work they performed, so called to set up an appointment. We had carpets cleaned in three bedrooms, a living room, hall, and walk-in closet. The carpets look incredible. Abel and Kailey are such a delight...young, energetic, professional, and answered all questions plus gave us some excellent tips.
