The igniter broke, so they replaced it. So far so good. However, the furnace made a loud noise whenever it fired up. We thought it was likely just a generic part and that's a minor annoyance, but at least it works. Eight days later, it stopped working again. After calling five times and leaving three messages from just before noon until 5pm, we received no response. It is January. Tonight's low is 21 degrees. This is unacceptable.
