These guys are awesome! Our water stopped working at about 9 o'clock the night before Fourth of July. We gave these guys a call and got a call back within 15 minutes. They had us try a couple things over the phone and when those didn't work, they said they'd get a crew out to the house the next morning. We got a call at 8:30 the next morning saying they'd be at the house in fifteen minutes. On the Fourth of July! They were here 15 minutes later, looked at everything, explained the issue and fixed it all quickly and efficiently. No problems! The customer service was excellent. Very polite. When they explained everything they also went over the pricing structure which was very reasonable. These guys are father-and-son and work well together. I hired Tatay Well Drilers to put in a new constant velocity well pump to replace our aging traditional pump about 4 months ago. The service then was top notch and they even repaired some shortcoming from the original install just so that it was "right". Fast forward to last week and my well runs non stop. May have been that way for days or weeks without me knowing. They came out right away and pulled to pump to fix a manufacturer's defect. No hassle, no charge, excellent service. If you need a new pump, well, or service, I highly recommend Tatay and would galdly hire them again if I need help. read more

We had a water leak and then lost water pressure in our well. We called them mid morning and the lady answering the phone was very polite, took our info and told us that someone would contact us within 15-20 mins. We then received a call from Lucas within the 15 mins, and we explained our situation. Lucas informed us they were in the middle of a job but would reach out to us as soon as they could head our way. They were at our house in less than 2 hours, accessed the issues, quoted us and had everything fixed within an hour. Lucas and his partner were very courteous and they removed their shoes every time they entered the house. These guys are the BEST and we would not hesitate to call them for future issues. Worse.Service.EVER. They put in a replacement pump for my house last year. The water has since been going off & back on throughout the day for the past month or so, so we called for service. The service/repair men gave us such a hard time on the phone, and that was BEFORE showing up. Once they showed up at the house, they parked in front of the driveway. There was plenty of open street to park on, like in front of our house, next to our driveway, etc. But no, they had to block the driveway. Once inside, they proceeded to walk right through the whole house in their snow-covered shoes, trailing snow and dirt throughout the house. Thankfully, we have hardwood floors for the main floor. I won't even go into the comments they threw at us while there. The repairmen then took one glance at our water tank, and said that they thought it was the WIRING behind the tank. One guy said to remove the whole WALL (with insulation), so they could take a look at the wiring, THEN call them back. Otherwise, they can't look at anything. Before leaving, the other guy repeats that "Yeah, remove all your JUNK! And maybe we can take a look." And with that nice statement, they left. Yes, they empasized "JUNK". So effectively, they looked at nothing, and did nothing. So we called another well drilling company to service our well. They came within the same day of our call (as opposed to Tatay, who came a few days later). The other well company was polite, courteous, and professional. Basically, what you would expect from most service/repair men. They pinpointed our problem to a plugged pipe and fittings. They also said that our problem had NOTHING to do with the wiring. They fixed our well water problem in an hour and managed to do so in a professional manner. And no, I did not have to remove a whole wall just so they can take a look to see if maybe, there was a problem with the wiring, as opposed to what the Tatay people suggested. So, if I have another well water problem, I'm calling these other guys. The Tatay service/repair men that called & then came to my house, were the most unprofessional, and plain rude, repairmen I have ever encountered. And I handle all of the repair calls and servicing in the house. We've had plenty of repairmen come to service different things. None this unprofessional. I am never calling Tatay Well Drilling again, if I can help it. Highly NOT recommended! read more

Our well pump went out at our lake house the day before renters were scheduled to check in. Needless to say, I was worried that we wouldn't have it repaired before they came. I called Tatay because a friend recommended them. Beeler was friendly, professional and promptly took care of our well pump and he was significantly less expensive than the other guy we called. Left a message with their answering service after 7PM at night and received a call back from the actual owner of the company within an hour! That alone blew me away. He was extremely friendly and was already working with me over the phone to go over what needed to be done -- getting detailed information, etc. instead of just scheduling an appointment and wasting time. Despite recent severe storms in the area he was able to make it over at 10AM two business days after that night. I got a phone call on my cell from him personally to meet me at the house and they had actually beat that time. Instead of standing around and waiting for me they had completely prepped for the work (unloaded excavating equipment, tools, etc.) They even used platforms to drive the equipment over as to not mess up the lawn. Once work started they were incredibly efficient. The work they did for me was not easy stuff. Excavating down around landscaping to get to a cracked well casing and repairing it while not making things worse with heavy equipment takes skill and care. Tatay has a good reputation for a reason. read more

Had trouble with my water supply, so i called Tatay. Talked with a secratary she took my number and in less than an hour the owner called me back. I explained my problem with him, he said he would be at my house in 2 hours, yes that quick, yes he was at my house within 2 hours. We discussed the problem he checked my wellpump with a meter he told me what the problem was , explained the problem with me , gave me a price . I said yes do the work.
