I should have taken some before and after pictures. Patricia is extremely kind and understanding of our needs. She immediately messaged me through Yelp using their Project feature and was able to do a walkthrough within two business days. Cleaning was performed two days after the walkthrough. Rates were super reasonable which we actually prayed for! The company cleaners in this area all requested a deep clean at the price of a car payment which Patricia said was not necessary. Hundreds of dollars for a main floor condominium with half bath, deck, and full bath upstairs (no bedrooms) is CRAZY! We were super satisfied with their work and look forward to seeing them next month with the cleaning already scheduled at a date and time convenient for us. I highly recommend them!!!

My home needed a deep cleaning, especially the bathrooms. They came on time, were friendly and professional. The kitchen was barely touched, with spiderwebs left in every corner, cabinets were sticky to the touch, corners of the floor had built up debris left in them. Isabel offered to return to "redo the pictured items" but I had other contractors and a tight timeline so I had to correct the issues myself in order to not delay moving in; she refused any kind of refund. Fortunately, one of their trucks was in the area and they came out same day for what I felt was a steep price. I have paid less to have my entire house cleaned! One of the spots came back. With the holidays and chaos, the spot was not a priority. I finally called to have them re-clean and was told because I waited a month I would have to wait until a truck was in the area. They couldn't be sure what the spot was from after a month. I was never told there was a time limit if the spot "seeped" back. Of course, since I live in another city there are now no trucks scheduled and they will "call me". I will NEVER use or recommend them again. Not only for the horrible follow up but also for the initial cost!
