In terms of mopping, that was a joke, the white Towels were dirty and grimy, looking, and there was no mob. Nor spongehead. . . I could go on. However, I had to call the main office to have someone Come back and clean the bathroom floor, That wasn't clean, nor was it mopped. And the hallway floor that was not cleaned. After exactly 3 hours, the cleaner left the house the moment the time was up, leaving behind a home that was still clearly dirty, as shown in the photos. When we gave feedback, they offered a $30 refund, which is honestly insulting. This service was a complete regret. Stay away from this company. A completely waste of money. I will also be filing a full dispute with my credit card company.

When I pointed out crumbs that were still visible, I was told they ran out of time, which is unacceptable.
