Sneaky untrustworthy they hardly speak english. worst service ever. two females sent when only one was needed. but for two females to show up and attempt to clean a two bedroom home and not finish the clean. they tried to charge my for 5 hours but only clean for about 3 hrs. and the younger girl kept disappearing. they did not even do a fair clean. the result was a terrible clean and they said it was a deep-clean. make sure all your valuables are not in sight i caught the younger girl trying to steal some of my personal items. when I caught her she said oh I was just moving them for you so I can clean better. Yea moving them all right. moving them out of my home and into a bucket that was empty. then I complained and all I got was denial after denial. read more

There are plenty of cleaning companies available and I advise you to choose a different company for your home. I had a very disappointing experience with this cleaning service. I hired them for a two-day job, specifically requesting that the first floor and basement be cleaned separately from the upstairs. However, despite having 8 hours, they didn't even finish the first floor and basement properly. The quality of the cleaning was extremely poor -- they used dirty, foul-smelling equipment, left streaks on surfaces, and didn't mop correctly. When I pointed out crumbs that were still visible, I was told they ran out of time, which is unacceptable. My house is a total of 2100sq ft The job was so badly done that I had to hire another company to come and clean again. I'm frustrated that I paid for a service that fell so short of expectations. I grew up in a family that would deep clean our homes on the regular and, mainly out of pride, have been resistant to using a cleaning service. My home is about 2400 square feet & due to an injury and back problems I've had a hard time cleaning it. I finally decided gave in and I'm so glad I did. Olga and Oksana were AMAZING! They managed their time efficiently. In 3 hours they cleaned 2.5 bathrooms, floors upstairs and downstairs, made the beds, tidied up, and still were able to wipe down surfaces and clean the microwave. I'm so grateful to have tried them out- would HIGHLY recommend. read more

I consulted with the person on phone regarding move in cleaning. She asked me all the details of my home along with total area number of rooms and suggested I should take 6 man hours package. It seemed reasonable and the person who came to my house only cleaned 4.5 baths in 6.5hrs!! Where as the list of services they covered were everything as I had asked for deep cleaning. Terrible service and they are completely running the business to cheat people. Please don't waste your money on them! read more

They did incredible work and went above and beyond to make sure that the house was cleaned thoroughly within the time. All of the surfaces were completely immaculate and the couch cushions have never been so clean. The price is really reasonable and the team is so nice and accommodating. They have been really flexible to work on the areas around the house that I ask them each time. They are really nice about working around mine and my husband's home work schedule and even the dog, too. read more

The two staff members were very nice and efficient. They did exactly what I asked of them in the allotted time. After I saw what an excellent job they did I asked them if they could come bi-monthly for an hour and a half each time. I have been very pleased and look forward to them coming. The Alpha Euro crew I initially booked contracted COVID-19, so the company reached out to reschedule. After we decided on a new time, I asked for confirmation that the new team had been vaccinated. They informed me that no staff members assigned to my area (60657) had received the vaccine. When I cancelled the appointment, I expressed my dissatisfaction that this information hadn't been offered proactively. The dispatcher said, "Since it has not been obligatory we leave it up to the free will of every individual." Unfortunately, they don't seem to have the same regard for the free will of their customers, who deserve the right to make informed decisions about their own health and safety when deciding who to invite into their homes. read more

I bought a Groupon for 4 hours of deep cleaning and arranged for someone to come into my new home. I was set up with Valeria who was very cold upon arrival. When she arrived she asked me what I wanted done. I was very confused as I ordered the deep cleaning and was hoping that she knew what that entailed. When I reserved this service, I gave the size of my home and all the details beforehand so Alpha Euro knew what was needed and what I was looking for. When I took her upstairs she continued to ask me what I wanted and seemed to be irritated. At that point I was like, whatever, just do what you can. She asked me what was the most important and I said the bathrooms since she acted like she could not clean my house in 4 hours. Other than the bedrooms and bathrooms, the rest of my house was not cleaned. My kitchen was partially cleaned. None of my floors were mopped...this was just such a bad experience. The ground floor and my livingroom did not get cleaned. I still gave her a tip but I will NEVER use this service again. This is my first home and I hoped that kindness would beget kindness but my kindness beget rudeness and this was NOT a deep cleaning. I'm so so disappointed. read more
