Karla and her team were very efficient! They cleaned my condo and cleaned my carpet all in three hours. Their cleaning really makes a difference in how your home looks. Only gave a 4/5 because there were still some leftover construction residue under my bathroom cabinets. My railings in my walk thru closet we're still full of dust and I had to dust them myself. Also I was a bit disappointed that they didn't wipe down the exterior of my door. Again, minor mishaps but that's about it. Unfortunately I took off work for a service in my rental. I am here, they are not 3/28/21. So now I have lost wages. The reviews were great for this company, as for why I took the membership. But now it looks like they get my money, I loose a days pay, and get no service. They re booked this appointment 2 weeks out, so does this mean they are my new boss. Omg SMH in frustration. This was the first time I have ever had anyone clean our home and I have already set up an appointment for her to come next month. She gave me a quote on the phone for an initial deep cleaning and I even gave her some extra when they finished.
