They were friendly, professional, and focused on their work. The house looked great and smelled fresh afterward. After they left, the owner texted to follow up, collect my email, and send the invoice. One note: there's a $12 service charge just for using their payment system--I wish I'd known that upfront since it offsets some of the new-customer credit.
