I…read moreoriginally thought I was going to go with another service but they didn't come out on weekends and I needed someone soon but was also not available during the week. Agnes replied late but was the lowest quote and also could come out on the upcoming Saturday morning so I booked her. My schedule actually freed up and I asked her to come out on Wednesday evening at 6 pm and she agreed. Just mentioning this back story to let you know she's very flexible in her scheduling. But enough of the back story. She came out and looked at my condo which needed a lot of cleaning since the last renter left it pretty dirty and I needed it thoroughly cleaned for the next renter to move in. The insides of the oven had burnt residue all over, the insides of the refrigerator had spilled liquid on multiple shelves, the wood floors had a thick residue of drywall dust since I had some of the drywall replaced in multiple rooms and the whole condo repainted, the bathrooms were pretty dirty and the bathtub was super dirty since the renter had a bath mat in the tub and apparently never cleaned underneath. Anyways she deep cleaned the appliances inside and out, she vacuumed the wood floors with her Dyson and mopped with a special cleaner for wood floors so the dust was gone and the floors were clean, she cleaned the bathroom. Everything looked and smelled fresh again. Well...except for the bathtub which she did the best she could but there were still black stains in the tub but I don't fault her since I really didn't think those stains would come out. But at least the bathtub was very clean and my new renter would just have to live with the stains. She had one other person helping her and she did all this in a little over 3 hours. I am not kidding when I say, I did a walk-through of my own kitchen when they left and it was sparkling. There was actual light rays reflecting from my granite counter-tops due to a thorough wipe-down. Frank also mentioned they used germicide cleaner for showers and bathroom sinks. I was very happy to hear that. Not only did they work fast, but they were very thorough. Reservation for 2 cleaners for 3 hours. 3 days before the service was scheduled to occur I received a call rescheduling the cleaning from a morning arrival to an afternoon arrival. Inconvenience sure but not a deal breaker. As a local, small business owner I understand things happen outside our control sometimes, especially in times of a pandemic. Day of cleaning, 6 hours before service is to start, I receive a call stating 1 cleaner has an emergency and they will be sending only 1 cleaner not 2 and they will get the clean done in 6 hours or less now. Day of cleaning 4 hours before service is to start I receive call for cancellation of service. No cleaner will be coming and they can reschedule for 2 days later. Again the service I booked was a move out clean. 2 days later is after the keys will be returned to the rental company. Not only did they cancel but they have my money on bank hold for a service they didn't complete! Horrible experience. Breach of contract. Cannot understand how a business can function this way.
