I just love it when my whole house is all clean all at the same time…read more I had been toying with the idea of getting some help cleaning my house and had been on the look out for someone good. I didn't want to deal with an agency, I wanted a real person who was invested in and took pride their work . I went to visit a friend and noticed how nice and clean her house was. Well, I didn't say anything that visit, I just hung out. However, the next time I came over, her house was spotless and clean again and that time I said something. She introduced me to Donna of Personal Touch Cleaning Green and I set up an estimate right away. Donna is careful, does a great job, is personable and is trustworthy. She cleans to a shine and I love that my whole house is clean all at the same time when she is done. She does the job the right way the first time. I got on her client list and secured my spot before she booked up!! I look forward to her regular visits because I feel SO much better and happier when my house is clean. I am free to think about and attend to every other thing in my life, feel organized again and able to accomplish more!

They use cleaning products I prefer, and have great recommendations for cleaning products I've never considered. The attention to detail is wonderful, and they are careful with furniture, rugs, floors, etc. while getting them clean. The ladies are the kindest, most conscientious, and trustworthy people you could ever have in your home. They are very reliable and have never missed an appointment. They are also very reasonably priced. Renee is a great communicator and very accommodating. I am very pleased to recommend them to you without hesitation. And no, I don't own stock in the company.

Unreliable and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone…read more Booked a move out clean 3 weeks in advance after several emails back and forth to confirm what would be completed, time of arrival, and cost. Reservation for 2 cleaners for 3 hours. 3 days before the service was scheduled to occur I received a call rescheduling the cleaning from a morning arrival to an afternoon arrival. Inconvenience sure but not a deal breaker. As a local, small business owner I understand things happen outside our control sometimes, especially in times of a pandemic. Day of cleaning, 6 hours before service is to start, I receive a call stating 1 cleaner has an emergency and they will be sending only 1 cleaner not 2 and they will get the clean done in 6 hours or less now. Day of cleaning 4 hours before service is to start I receive call for cancellation of service. No cleaner will be coming and they can reschedule for 2 days later. Again the service I booked was a move out clean. 2 days later is after the keys will be returned to the rental company. Not only did they cancel but they have my money on bank hold for a service they didn't complete! Horrible experience. Breach of contract. Cannot understand how a business can function this way.

Detail Cleaning M&M is the real deal, the total package of excellent communication and thorough cleaning. We have the crew come every 4 weeks and we clean in between. My house has never been so clean! I wish our budget allowed for them to come more often. Michelle, the owner, is very professional and responsive, and Carissa, the crew leader, takes great pride in her work and makes sure everything is squeaky clean and just perfect. The whole crew is also very patient and understanding with our weird little rescue dog who doesn't like strangers coming into the house. I feel so lucky to have found Detail Cleaning M&M!!

Do NOT hire! DETAIL CLEANING M & M LLC (Naperville,…read moreILLINOIS?) This company & its owner Michelle ? is not about serving those who need help, it's about lining pockets IMHO. The audacity to contract three rooms in a small home & bath + 1/2, and charge $700.00 Left incomplete! The cleaner B.R., was not allowed to communicate to her clients via phone. That is odd. The bathroom plumbing was clogged during this cleaning where she spent 2.5 hours on the phone while in one small bathroom! She said she shoved a bottle cap down the drain! Major plumbing needed! Add to that, she put a heavy chandelier light cover on wrongly and it soon crashed down high velocity & shattered everywhere, it chipped, literally pulverizing the granite counter top edge & gashed into the wall! The owner, Michelle, was listening on the phone line at the very time and heard it mind you!!! It sounded like a gun shot through a window. It could have severely injured someone. Initially she took responsibility & she ordered the cleaner to clean the shattered glass & remnants. Soon the owner reneged & refused to make good on any of this lack or damage! They have insurance for this. The owner refused to assess it all in person, blamed the homeowners electricity?! A senior with injury & illness who did more alongside the worker, than the worker. They kept changing days & pushing added fees for adding 'another worker'. I was the other worker! Michelle refused a phone conversation thereafter, only text and she stopped communicating when I asked by text for her business address so I could send a formal letter. This treatment or abuse, after I paid excessive fees for nought?! She has mistaken my kindness for weakness... I gave one month for her to rectify, to no avail. There's more but you get the gist. ALSO...NO COMPANY can have full 5 star reviews, ask google, it's statistically impossible & rigged IMHO. I informed her of this review upcoming, crickets

The company was professional and reached out to me regarding the ETA of the cleaner prior to arrival. The cleaner, Angelica, arrived early and asked me for any allergies we may have and to walk her around to get a good scope of work. I was initially worried about intimidating her because I'm a full time working mother with 3 small boys, so you can imagine what she walked into. Instead she appeared to be up for the challenge, without signs of judgement. She was able to transform my messy space into a place I can come home to with peace of mind. I even got a call afterwards asking if everything was to my liking! Definitely will book again and will highly recommend!
