These guys did a spectacular job!!! Just as one of the other reviewers said, it was like putting new glasses on and seeing a crystal clear view of your green lawn. At first I got upset with them because they quoted me one price, and then when they came their count was a little different and the price difference did not make sense to me. I have about 80+ windows (counting double for left and right and one for each transom, etc.), and my home is two stories plus a walk out basement. Torres Windows Cleaning were able to handle it with no problems. After going back and forth, they agreed to honor their original quote to avoid further arguments. So that was great. But they are well worth it even if charging a full price! If you plan on hiring them just be sure to ensure that you got a correct windows count so there are no confusions on the price. I am hoping to have them back again, and I will be sure to recommend them to all my neighbors and anyone who needs their windows cleaned. Thank you Torres Windows Cleaning! read more

No... Not impressed at all. Used a Groupon deal to try this service and I gave them a star for showing up on time. After that, when they counted our windows they were very clear about how many windows we had and how much additional it would be, but then we had a couple of windows that were blocked from the inside and could not be cleaned, yet we were still charged for them. It looks like 5 of our 22 windows were not cleaned on the inside, or if they were, they were done poorly. 1 of our windows (back door) was not cleaned at all, guessing because the screen was a bit more complicated to take out? 4 of our windows on the outside had streaks from where the dirty water in the corners dripped down. I left an unhappy voice mail message that day and did not receive a return call. They could have easily corrected this by returning the call and offering to re-clean the windows they missed or did a poor job on, but instead chose to ignore it. Based on this experience, I absolutely would not recommend this service. read more

Great Service!! They will come and walk around your property and give a quick estimate, and quick quality service. They did all my windows and storms, and storm doors, plus floor to ceiling mirror closet doors. They knew I was scared of bugs getting in, and they did each window individually and didn't leave any open while they were working :-). Raised ranch with lots of windows. They also were concerned because it was very windy and they noticed I needed some window clips on my big bay window on the second level. I tried finding the clips but couldn't, so they got them for me and came by and installed them. Totally recommend them, and I and my sister will both be having them back at least yearly! Thanks Yolanda, Maria, Jose and team! read more

I used Torres Window Cleaning for the first time recently and could not be happier. I called them after my first choice was in essence a no show. I explained to them that my house was tore up and needed fast service to clean about 60 windows in and out, screens and sashes AND my gutters cleaned. They showed up in less than 48 hours with 4 people and 4 hours later they were leaving. The windows never looked better and we have lived here 19 years. Heavy rains came 2 days later and the gutters did not over flow. The workers were friendly and kept busy the whole time here. I have since deleted all other window cleaning companies from my contacts and only have Torres Window Cleaning there. read more

This is the third year that I have had Torres clean my windows [outside only] and gutters. I work and so they come when I'm not at home, and they are amazing! I would never know that workmen had been at my home, because they NEVER leave any kind of mess, and the only indication that they have been her is that my windows are amazingly clean. The gutters that I can see from inside the house, are also amazingly clean! My interactions are always by phone or text, and always very polite and accommodating. The only thing left to comment on is their price, and I find it to be very reasonable. Why would I ever look elsewhere? Nancy B. Naperville, Il read more

Finally decided to spend the money & get my windows professionally cleaned. I have 28 windows & do not have time to do it. I will say they were very nice people - respectful of my home; they took their shoes off before entering. They were nice to my dog. They did a great job on the windows. I was a little disappointed in the window sills as I was told they would clean those also. Some were semi clean, some were not. I went through & cleaned all the sills myself. All in all, much less time than I would of spent if I had to do everything myself. Regardless of the sills, I will use them again & make sure to reiterate the SILLS next time. read more

If you want to SEE Spring this year, call Torres Window Cleaning! I had my second floor windows done yesterday, combination storms as well as French windows and back porch, andethey are spotless! jesse and Yenny were polite, efficient, expeditious and went above and beyond to please. They cleaned out the window sills, scraped errant paint off glass where necessary and reinstalled all the storms and screens. I can't say enough about this dynamic duo!. When you call, request them, but if all Torres employees are as professional and thorough as these two, you can't lose. read more

I bought a Groupon for Torres Window cleaning. They actually called and asked if they could come early (umm, yes!). They cleaned my windows inside and out as well as the screens. All I can say is WOW! It's like putting on glasses for the first time! Who knew my front and back yard could look so clean and crisp!! I wish I would have written down their names, it was a male/female team. She did inside and he did outside. They were efficient, professional and very pleasant to work with. I am hooked! I will be calling them next time I need my windows done! read more

I had scheduled a gutter cleaning with Torres Window Cleaning for mid November when weather intervened. Imagine my surprise when on Thanksgiving morning a crew showed up and not only cleaned my gutters before my guests arrived for dinner but also cleaned the leaves, needles, and branches from the trough on the roof where two rooflines came together. I have had this company cleaning my gutters and windows for about 5 years now and this kind of service ensures that I will continue to use them as long as I own a home in this area. My windows hadn't been cleaned for several years. Torres Window Cleaning came out, gave me an estimate, and did the work. I was really exceptionally pleased with their work, with their professional approach to the job, and with their attention to detail. In addition to the windows, they cleaned my fans, skylights, and chandeliers--again all beautifully shiny. They worked with me to b sure I was 100% satisfied. I've already recommended them to my best friend, and I definitely will call them again next year. read more

We've used Torres Window cleaners for 3 years, twice a year. They do a great job! Windows, screens, hall light fixture, and our homeowners association uses their gutter cleaning service as well. We have 4 very high windows in our living room and don't know how they would ever be cleaned without a service. I'm thrilled to be able to tell people about this excellent home service via electronic media. I have used them with and without Groupon and Fox Valley deal coupons. read more

I discovered Torres Window Cleaning with a Groupon coupon last year. Boy did I luck out. I have had them out several times and cannot say enough good things about them. They do a great job even on those hard to reach areas like my chandelier, foyer window and those 20-feet high family room windows! My window grills are old and "delicate" and I was impressed with the care they took in handling them. I definitely recommend them! read more

I used this company for the first time, and I chose them after reading the reviews. I am so thankful for people taking the time to write honest reviews, because I count on them. The two ladies came to my house within the time frame indicated, and they did an amazing job. I would refer them in a heartbeat, and I will certainly put them on my annual list for the windows/patio cleaning. read more

Cleaned all my windows, screens, chandelier, and mirrors. What a treat! Professional and courteous. Team arrived on time, wore protective coverings on their shoes and left my place clean. Best decision I've made this year to hire this company, and there were no hidden charges or upselling once they entered my home. Highly recommend. read more
