I used Freddy Painting for the first time at my investment property. I found them on Yelp and they had good reviews so I took a chance. The communication was very good with the company. I thought their estimate for the work at my fourplex was fair because it was a huge job. I had them paint the exterior of the building which has four townhomes and also the decks of the fourplex. Friday even moved furniture off the decks because I wasn't given prior notice that he was coming early to give my tenants the heads up to remove their items. Freddy also repaired loose boards and replaced ones that were rotting. I was very satisfied with this company and their communication. I asked Freddy for a second quote on two more properties that I needed just trimwork repainted. However, I didn't feel their pricing was fair, compared to the other quotes I was receiving. I did end up contracting with my former painter on this job because his estimate was significantly less. Freddy was paid $2700 for the decks at my fourplex, but he wanted $4000 for trimwork on the current job. That wasn't working for me. I would try Freddy Painting again in the future to see if his quote would be fair like the first job. He did good work. read more

What a great recommendation! Made an appointment for a quote. The day we were scheduled for they called to say they were really busy and rescheduled. Not great, because I cleared my scheduled for that time, but it happens. Just look at the before and after. These guys were professional and very thorough. This was a hard job as we needed soffits and other detail work done. Highly recommended! Very affordable, and fair pricing. I had my front porch and surrounding fence power-washed and stained. Freddy and his crew have worked on several painting projects for us. Ok, pretty much the whole house. The first was the kitchen, family room, 2 story foyer, hall and bedrooms. The walls were dark and we were switching to a lighter color. It was done neatly and perfectly. Another project was our finished basement which had several patching repairs they fixed (thanks to our four kids) and made the walls and ceiling look like new. The interior of my home looks completely transformed. They work very efficently, meticulously and are painting pros. This week they came to paint our exterior. About a week before painting, they power washed it all. We have cedar siding that needed lots of caulking and prep before staining, and a ton of white trim. Again, they didn't disappoint. I had Freddy get the paint, match the color and he used all Benjamin Moore products. We have a really tall roofline that had trim that they painted. No problem for these guys. It looks crisp and better than new. Freddy's pricing is extremely reasonable and if you were to get several quotes I am pretty confident that his would come in well under the others. Updating through text and phone, he either starts the project exactly as scheduled or earlier. With our schedule so tight we were just scratching our head trying to get a painter in here quickly and priced less than an arm and a leg. We saw their van at the neighbors house and called. They stopped by and gave us a verbal quote on Friday. We agreed and on Monday three professional men showed up and just got to work. They put tarps down right from the front door, all the way up the stairs and to the work area so there was never a worry of tracking paint anywhere. They took their time and moved and tarped all my furniture and carpets. No loud music or anything. Somehow they repaired and painted 3 ceilings and painted 8 rooms in 2 days. These guys are awesome!. Freddy came to my home to give me an estimate, he was prompt. I accepted his offer out of 2 others. because of price. He and 2 others arrived to do the job about ten minutes early. They did a great job! No mess, laid covers down on and over everything. They moved things that they probably didn't have too, but there were some things that I couldn't over night since they came so quickly after I accepted the offer. Even after the job I texted Freddy asking if he or one of the guys could come back to install my curtain rods and what he would charge. I had tried and put four holes in my freshly painted walls. I was just sick! He replied " I'll be there tomorrow and I will not charge you". He and the same two guys came today and not only installed the rods but repaired and repainted the holes at no additional charge. WOW! What good customer service. I had him give me an estimate on another room in my home when he did the first job and wasn't sure if I would hire him for the job because he doesn't accept credit cards. After today I will wait until I can give him cash to do the job. Good customer service is so hard to find these days and he and his crew has shown exceptional customer service. I used Freddy's Painting when I needed to get my outside porch painted immediately for the sale of my home in October. The weather was turning cold so it needed to be taken care of quickly. From the first day I called him he was concerned with my time frame and attended to my needs immediately. The very same day he called me back within a few hours and informed me he had already been to my home and was able to give me a estimate . The price was very reasonable, especially seeing as this was at the end of the week and I wanted it done by Monday. we agreed on a price and he was willing to go and match the color paint and start painting the porch before I could meet up with him to give him a deposit.Before he could start to paint, he needed to scrape off some off the peeling paint.He cleaned up all the paint he had scraped off and did not leave any mess.
