However, once we noted a repair that had to be fixed by this company, since it was their mistake during install, the communication between owner, myself, and their office was awful. The workers ran late, no call, no follow up for work that finally was repaired. We were waiting for an estimate to do more work with this company in another part of the home, but never received one. My family member also needed a repair on Floorguard work, took 8 months to finally schedule something. You will be calling and chasing this company for work, warranties they clearly cannot commit too. Go elsewhere for this flooring service. The new owner never contacted us, nor did the prior owner to make sure repair was done to our satisfaction. Please do not use them. Horrible customer service, no ability to ensure warranty.

The quality of the work has warranted the low rating. They did not order the correct quantity of carpet to begin with, which meant two occasions for installation. But I do understand mistakes can happen. However, I now see that should have been a flag. After less than 6 months, there are multiple very visible seams in several locations. The worst being in the middle of a hallway - a major area of the house. I had never ever seen a seam in any carpet ever before, any where, so it was strange and somewhat shocking. They did respond and schedule to fix it in a timely manner. However, after spending 3 hours to supposedly fix the issues, a week later, the seams are just as bad. This has colored the whole experience to be extremely disappointing and I would not recommend them. At least not for carpeting.
