There were many tricky aspects to it and he conquered all difficulties. I felt the price was fair - he was definitely not the cheapest quote I got, but I had followed up with references who raved about him - and I can see why - he did very good work. That said, he could have been a better communicator - I would have liked a written proposal and I wish it had not been me to follow up with him on "are you coming today" - however, he had had an emergency in his family so it may have been just that. I very much recommend Jorge for porch railings. Plus - added bonus - he's a really nice guy!

They also did a great job in repairing some subpar drywall work that was done by the original contractors. While in the process of painting the walls, we had casually asked Jorge if his team also did trim work. We had been contemplating doing the trim work ourselves but Jorge's price quote was extremely fair and competitive, and the work was done very well. Jorge was easy to work with and accommodating of our schedule. We will be definitely be using Jorge and his team for future projects.

I originally spoke to Luis about doing the carpentry work- fixing the drywall and painting what had been hit by water. However as the plumbing kept taking longer and longer to finish, Luis stepped in and said he could complete the plumbing job. Luis made my job seem like it was priority and scheduled workers to come out in a timely fashion and finish the job in a very timely matter. The plumbing is working well and the drywall work/paint work was fantastic and it looks like there was no damage in the first place. They did a great job with the drywall work and matching the paint colors. I will say that Luis charged a good amount more than the other plumber(who only did part of the job), but since the results were there and they showed up on short notice, I was happy with the work. I would definitely be happy to work with Luis in the future.

Luis would not come back to the home because he said he was afraid of us. All we did was call and call and text. Luis thought we were being sneaky since my husband was upset and called him on his phone, Luis was afraid for this. I could have a police officer come by and make sure Luis was safe in my home, but Luis had his worker do a quick job get the money and gone. I have a disability and when I went to see the room after it was done, I did not see anything because of my ADA I have vision issues. I feel sorry for someone that they do something for. PLEASE RECHECK EVERY BIT BEFORE YOU HAD OVER THAT CHECK, he did offer to come back a couple of times but he was scared and never showed up. Mamut gave me time to be ready for the work and he showed up on time and his worker did too. They did the work as quoted with $200 extra added on for extra fence panels and the work looks wonderful. They were quick, professional and so far no issues with the work. I wish I had more resources to get my entire viewing parts of my fence replaced.
