We recently used Improovy for interior painting for our condo in Ukrainian Village. Our initial contact was Andy. He was a great listener and helped us understand the scope of work that was needed to complete our vision while staying cognizant of our time constraints and budget. I was trying to have this project completed while my other half was on a work trip so as to not disrupt his day to day and it couldn't have been more perfect. Our project coordinator was Josh and he was SO helpful in clarifying the different levels of sheen and how many coats it would take to get the job done - We had some bold color choices. Cecilios and Greg ultimately were the painters that executed the project. The whole team was communicative, on time and flexible as in some cases I wasn't sure if I wanted certain colors to be taken all the way to the floor or to certain corners but Cecil was quick to adjust. They did all of the interior walls of the lower level of our condo (living room, dining room, kitchen) a really tall 20ft stairwell, interior accent beams, and the lips of several door frames that they removed the doors and put back after the project was complete. They were able to do this in 2 days with 3 different color choices for various walls. They left our home clean and in great shape. My only criticism is that they did paint over our electrical panel. We were ultimately able to get it open with a box knife without messing up the paint and I'm happy that the panel itself blends in with the wall but wondering if there could have been a better way of handling that. Overall we are VERY happy and intend on using Improovy for our upstairs rooms soon! Thanks guys for all your help - You're great! read more

I engaged Improovy Painters for the second time in a matter of months because of the great experience I had with Carr, Mike and team on my first project. The second project months later was no different which an exceptional level of service from start to finish. Carr and Mike were incredibly efficient in planning out my drywall repairs and access panel installation. Alejandro completed the work and was probably one of most communicative, friendly and detailed contractors I've had work on my condo. He overcome every small hiccup with grace, kept me updated throughout the 2 days he was working in my condo and kept checking in to make sure I was happy. Reached out on a quote for my home after trying to paint my bathroom myself. They responded right away, set up a ZOOM and quoted me within the hour. I told them I was flexible on timing and they came out the same week! I decided to add on the kitchen to be painted since I had some peeling and grease stains and the cost was perfect. Carr worked with me to help our project stay within our budget. The painter I had was Jose and he was super kind and knowledgeable. He gave us plenty of tips on colors and even suggested little things to add to my space to make it even better. He finished the job within a day and a half and it looks amazing. Jose did a phenomenal job repainting our condo after a renter completely devalued our property. He restored the walls and baseboards to better than they were when I bought the house. The amount of repair work he had to contend with was extensive, but he took it in stride, made recommendations on how to proceed and followed through with daily communication and pictures so we felt informed through the whole process. He also helped us pick the best colors to get the most bang for our buck. We couldn't be more grateful for his attention to detail and thorough communication skills. Contacted Improovy to get a quote to paint the interior of my home. I was quickly contacted and asked the exact scope of the work. Later that same day I was given a quote. I actually contacted them back and added one more job to the quote and they were able to update the price immediately. Once I officially decided to move forward I was immediately contacted by the lead for my job. He provided a schedule and timeline of the work. Work started when it was supposed to and the worker did an OUTSTANDING job. Prepped walls, taped and protected my belongings. The finished product looks great. Usually I cringe at the thought of having to hire/deal with contractors/painters at all but Improovy may have changed my mind on the subject. They were punctual and professional, attentive to my needs and seem to genuinely care about the quality of the work they do which in my opinion is a rare quality these days. The consult was done over the phone. I sent Chris pics of the area I wanted painted and he was quick to respond with a quote. I sent him the color I wanted a few days later. The two men that painted my entire 1st floor were at my house for close to 12 hours, but the finished product was well worth it and they got it all done in one day.
