They also completely stripped our two wooden balconies and stained them and they look great. They even found a rotted board and went and got a new board and stained it to match. Service and quality was amazing. They are very professional, polite, and kind. They were so flexible with my wife and I, as we had a baby the same weekend of the work being done and they were so quiet and thoughtful when entering and exiting our unit. Truly great service. 10/10 will hire them again for any painting at our building. They also gave us separate quotes for the HOA and individual unit owners which was great.

The process of getting an estimate over the phone was new to us (as we typically have to schedule appointments with contractors) but the quote actually came in very close to the in-person estimates we had done with other Naperville painting contractors. The price was very competitive and Andre was very professional and knowledgable over the phone so we booked our painting job the next day. Shortly after booking, Andre arranged for a color design expert from Sherwin Williams (complimentary with the paint job) to help us pick out interior wall colors and we were set to start our painting project the very next week. Improovy's professional paint crews were on-time, friendly, and very responsive to our needs. We are truly happy with their work, their attitude, and the overall professionalism of the painters. Not to mention, they were impressively neat and efficient, finished early, and even took time to label the extra paint left over from the project in case we needed it for the future. It was really great dealing with such nice people and our home looks brand new! Thank you again to George, Juan, and the entire Improovy painting team in Naperville for a perfect house painting experience. We can't recommend Improovy enough and plan to use them for additional paint work we need done at the house next year!

I told them I was flexible on timing and they came out the same week! I decided to add on the kitchen to be painted since I had some peeling and grease stains and the cost was perfect. Carr worked with me to help our project stay within our budget. The painter I had was Jose and he was super kind and knowledgeable. He gave us plenty of tips on colors and even suggested little things to add to my space to make it even better. He finished the job within a day and a half and it looks amazing. Will be reaching out soon for the rest of my space! Thank you Carr and Jose for all your help and hard work.

Eric and his OP Painter's crew recently completed a full-exterior painting job on our 123 year old…read morehome, and we are ecstatic with the result. I am admittedly, a difficult client to please - I do my own research on the best products and practices to make sure I am getting things done right. Often my paying attention to the fine details is a turn off to contractors - who just want to do what they've always done, get paid, and leave. We decided to hire Eric because of his energy & enthusiasm about getting our job done right. He was receptive to researching various products and arriving at the conclusions together with me. He would call his product reps to gain insight on the primer/top-coat systems that would give the best results for various substrates - such as porch floors and aluminum clad windows. I loved that fact that we were a team with a common goal. Eric's pricing is clear and transparent, and I was especially fond of the fact that materials are billed out separately directly from receipts. This ensures that you are always getting the products you pay for, as they have no incentive to purchase inferior products to pad their profit margin. The crew is full of very skilled painters who work hard. They arrive on time, and were always friendly and respectful of our space. Our Victorian home is full of intricate moldings and is 3 stories tall - and all their lines are crisp. There are many established painters who work primarily in the Oak Park area. We took a shot on Eric, and do not regret our decision for a second. What sets him apart from everyone else is that he truly, deeply cares about the job he does for you. Never once in the time they were at our house did I ever question his dedication or his passion. OP Painters has a very bright future. You will be glad that you hired them.

In addition, they follow through on commitments, manage their schedule so they can complete the job as planned, and the quality of service they provide is the best we've had. Alex was a constant presence. He was respectful of team members who came and went, and kept the folks he reported to up to date so that everyone was equally informed about the project's progress.
