Jiri the owner came out and spent a great deal of time looking at my house and the condition of the current paint. I found him to be very professional and trustworthy based on my conversations with him. He showed up when he said he would, and responded right away to any questions. After the contract was signed he received one third of the total amount, he informed me he would not cash the check until they were ready to start! He stuck to his word and held onto the check for a month. The process included: power washing the entire house, scraping and priming where necessary and two coats of Sherwin Williams Duration paint. His price was very reasonable, and a few thousand dollars below another estimate, and within the same range of the third. His crew which consisted of Santos and two other guys did a great job,cleaned up everyday, and were very respectful of my property. Jiri came by every couple of days to check on the progress and ask me how it was going, if I had any concerns or questions. The whole job took about one week, and the results are great. I would definitely hire Northshore again for any of my painting needs.
