Last year, I hired a couple professional painters from next door with great reviews but I was NOT happy with the final results. The work was ok. Some of the work... I'm touching up or repainting. The vendors were nice guys. This year I found Sean on instagram and he has a lot of great reviews online. So we hired Sean to paint a couple interior rooms, a back door and trim. During our walk through with Sean we learned that the kitchen cabinets were painted with house paint, not cabinet paint. This was before we bought the house and there was evidence of the paint chipping off. Sean suggested refinishing the cabinets. We were going back and forth on redoing the whole kitchen and starting from scratch. However, besides the prior poor paint job, the original kitchen cabinets are in great condition and we liked that they were the original cabinets. So we decided to also have him refinish our kitchen cabinets. Sean and his team did such a great job for us. They were punctual, easy to work with, kind, extremely clean, great communication and they are perfectionist! They really take great pride in the quality of their work. The quality of their work reminds me of my old painter of many years that retired. He was also a perfectionist. Our cabinets came out beautiful, they look like brand new cabinets and the finish looks so good. The other interior rooms, door and trim came out perfect. To top it all off, in between them removing the cabinet doors and painting the exposed areas, and their return to reinstall the doors, I had my floors replaced. As a result, I wound up with new white baseboards and trim, including new trim along the bottom of my cabinets which wasn't there before. It looked ridiculous. The guys were finished painting and finished installing the cabinet doors. But Ariel said to me, hey, Jeanene do you want me to take care of this trim for you? Excuse me sir but you are an angel. I was contacted by Cory at One Vision Painting who asked great questions. Once I answered, I received a quote - that was subject to small changes once he saw the house. I explained that it went beyond painting. I had some wood that needed replacing. Cory walked slowly and deliberately around the house, both inside and out and gave me a detailed quote with a couple of options. We aligned and agreed on a date. Cory and his team arrived on that date, and worked for several days over the following 2 weeks. Each time, if I were home, he asked me to review. He nearly got everything perfect; I was greatly impressed with the cleaning, sanding, wood replacement, and painting. I only found 2 small things for improvement out of 30 places - which he stayed and did immediately. I was treated with respect. He adapted to my schedule. The house looks great. I would go with One Vision again in an instant and recommend to my friends.

I'm stating this because this is an example of going above and beyond the call of duty. They didn't have to do that for me, but they did - at no charge.
