Andre cleaned and redid the faulty installation of my dryer vent, which had been a fire hazard. He also fixed a door that had come off its track, took down old blinds and installed new shades. He does great work, is super professional and the estimate Norbert gave me ended up being accurate. I am so glad that I recently used Norbert of Chicago Handy to do some work in my condo. Once I filled out the request online, I received a reply from Norbert containing a proposed date and an estimate for the work. He then also followed up via phone and email to ensure he had all the information about the tasks he would be completing and the supplies he would need (this is especially appreciated in the time of COVID - less trips in and out of my place).
