I am a repeat customer who simply can't recommend this company enough! An unfortunate series of sewage and flooding events resulted in the need to replace the flooring on all 3 levels of my home. I went with hardwood on the main floor, carpet on the 2nd floor, and vinyl in the basement. My home looks absolutely beautiful - I couldn't be more thankful! They went above and beyond to help me make decisions on what was best for my family as it wasn't easy to remodel 3 floors at the same time, they rescheduled several times to accommodate my changing schedule and other contractors, and the installation was flawless on every level. As with past experiences, they treated my home as they would their own. Thank you so so so much Jordan, Xavier, Joe, Ashton, Adrian, Martin and Tony. You guys are simply the best! read more

We requested an estimate and Xavier was prompt & explained things extremely well. Their estimate was extremely fair and when Joe and his team arrived to install they were prompt, meticulous and clearly experienced. They also went above & beyond in helping us move some heavier items back in place. We couldn't be more pleased with our choice to use Strictly Carpet & Flooring. Mike K read more

They arrived on time, were considerate when moving my furniture, & did an incredible job! Joe went above & beyond by filling a 1/2" gap between the slab & foundation with insulating foam! The 3 guys worked incredibly hard & really were outstanding. I highly recommend! read more

We just had carpet replaced in our house by Strictly Carpet (about 2300 sq ft of carpet) and very disappointed in the service. When replacing carpet it is expected that the baseboards will need some paint touch ups- and there was quite a bit a damage to ours. However, there should not be damage to the door frames and doors- especially the top of the frame where no carpet or tools are anywhere near! We had a ton of gauges and scratches that needed repair (the actual wood, not just paint), and the doors were put back on wrong so that they were crooked and would not close. When pointed out to Joe, he said that was carelessness on his guys' part and would give us $500 off the bill for the damage. A week later we get a call from him asking for the $500 back. What poor business practices. Additionally, we just moved in and the house is practically empty but were charged $270 to move and reset furniture. That's fine, but even our furniture was damaged when they moved it- our $1800 sideboard cabinet was scratched. I'm so unimpressed by the customer service that I would never use them again. Asking for the credit back really puts a bad taste in your mouth- I would have been impressed by the attempt to make things right but instead would not recommend them now. Obviously that $500 means more to them than customer satisfaction so it's on the way back. A couple photo examples included. read more

Absolutely thrilled with the service from Strictly Carpet! From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of professional. They arrived right on time, were friendly and efficient, and did an incredible job with the repair -- it looks flawless! You'd never know there was ever any damage. It's rare to find a company that's this reliable and delivers such high-quality work. Highly recommend Strictly Carpet to anyone in need of carpet repair! read more

I needed new flooring in my living room and bath room as soon as possible. I shopped around. I decided to go local and went with Strictly Carpet. I'm glad I did. They were competitively priced, had a good selection to choose from, were easy to work with, and could install it the first week of August. Xavier came out and gave me an estimate and was also very helpful, knowledgeable and thorough on everything. I went with vinyl plank flooring and love it. The crew was great, did a really nice job and cleaned up everything. I would not hesitate to hire them again. read more

Strictly Carpet & Flooring - New Carpet. - Carpet Installation Near Me - Oswego, Illinois

Strictly Carpet recently replaced the carpet in my entire upstairs and a runner along a wooden staircase. The quoting process took only about half an hour, and their pricing was competitively with other vendors. I chose them based on a seemingly fair quote and their great reviews online. The install itself went great, communication throughout was thorough, and the entire job proceeded as outlined. The job was quick and professional--they completed the entire tear out and install in less than a day. The house was left clean and tidy, and the two gentlemen who did the work were polite, professional and respectful of other work happening in the house at the same time. I cannot recommend them enough and will absolutely contract them again for my next flooring project! read more

First rate in every respect. I had both Laminate flooring and carpet put in and couldn't be happier. My kitchen was being re-done and the cabinets had yet to be installed, Xavier took the time to call my Home Improvement company in order to get the measurements of my new cabinets and made sure that the flooring fit perfectly. He went the extra mile to get it right. Then, the owner of the company (an ex-Marine) came out to put in my carpet himself, which he did expertly. You can't ask for more than that. Outstanding. read more

Xavier came through with the most thorough explanation and no nonsense quote so we knew what to expect. Jordan kept us in the loop on schedules and installation dates. Joe, Paul, and Ashton were incredible! Everything from quote to install was seamless. We'll be coming back for more! read more

Xavier was very thorough and provided options based on my price range. Entire basement was re-carpeted. Installation was on time, professional and clean! I am a repeat customer of Strictly Carpet! They are prompt, courteous, clean and professional. They came out and restretched and padded our carpet after we had to have our water line dug up by a plumber. They even hung up the door again after they finished! The door had been on the ground due to the plumbing work and cement repair. I highly recommend them always! read more

Hiring these guys was the best choice! They went above and beyond to make my house beautiful. The workers have a passion for carpeting and it shows in the details and quality. My house smelled- because of the carpet. They used kills and padded everything so nicely. The house has odd angles and hallways- they did the most amazing job! The workers really cared about how everything came out and if I was pleased with it. Forget the couch, I've been sitting on the floor! Everyone I worked with was so kind and knowledgeable. I will definitely work with them again. I highly recommend them! read more

Strictly Carpets did a wonderful job replacing carpets in my home. The great service starts with Karen. She is very attentive to my needs and schedule. She even stayed on top of some items when she was called out-of-town on a family emergency. They were able to order my carpet then hold it a couple weeks while I got things prepared for the replacement. Other shops were 6 weeks out in their schedule, but Joe squeezed me in and finished in 3 weeks from first phone call to help me get my home on the market promptly. Joe is also a great guy. He and Sean were hard workers when it came time to lay the carpet. Joe provides quality carpeting. He can provide Bob Shaw's Engineered Floors LLC® Dream Weaver carpets. https://www.myajc.com/business/bob-shaw-carpet-king-burnishes-his-northwest-georgia-legacy/XV1lWCjLOw2ypvhwj7KreN/ I would recommend Strictly Carpets to anyone. read more

Loved the efficiency and that they were always on time! The carpet is high quality and they were really nice to work with.

These guys are great. I had sent a request for a quote and someone was out a day later. They gave me an estimate on site and as soon as the carpet came in they installed it right away. We moved into a new house and were waiting to actually move in until the carpet was in so there wasn't furniture everywhere to deal with. They made a great effort to get it done for us quickly so we didn't have to wait forever to move things in. They were fast friendly and the price was really good! At least $500 under for the same carpet at another place. Cant complain at all. The carpet looks great and feels amazing. Very happy! Thanks guys!! read more

As we get closer to our basement being completed, I want to give huge shout out to Joe and Karen Flores from Strictly carpet. He was recommended by DRC Basements for our carpet. Damn they are good. I love how they take the time to tuck in the carpet on the underside of the stairs...way different than the builders did when they built our house. The quality and installation is far better. We will have him back to do the rest of the house for sure. Super trustworthy and high quality work. Joe is a great guy and they opened a showroom over in Stonehill that you can visit or have them come to your home as we did. The other thing i liked about him is he didn't just come and sell us carpet. He really asked a lot of questions and thought out based on our family, kids, infant etc what would be best for us. I was surprised at the thought process he went into beyond just asking us what color do we like as most places would do. He takes it seriously...Its awesome to see a guy who takes his business so seriously for his clients. Well done... read more

We had the best experience purchasing carpet and having it installed by Strictly Carpet. They brought samples to our home, measured that day and had a quote out to us just a couple of days later. Their price was better than another carpet installation company so we moved forward with them. They were able to install the carpet quickly and even did it in less time than expected. The carpet and the installation work were top notch. It was so refreshing to work with true professional contractors. I highly recommend Strictly Carpet to anyone looking to purchase and replace their carpet! read more

I cannot say enough incredible things about Karen and Joe. They were so patient throughout our process and so accommodating with great recommendations, samples and most importantly really great quality work. I had an idea of what I wanted but had no idea I'd have trouble finding the right carpet. Karen was amazing in helping me throughout the process. The best thing is EVERYONE who comes over and walks on and feels our carpet is amazed. I've had a few people ask for the sample to look at getting it themselves! Thank you strictly carpet for helping our new house be complete!! read more

Can't say enough positive about these guys. We were really nervous about doing new carpet for the entire house. My parents are elderly and hardwood floors are dangerous for them so carpeting was the best option to keep them safe. The guys came and worked soooo hard to get it done quickly and as quietly as they possibly could - the carpets are absolutely beautiful. Such a great job. I highly recommend! I always say support local businesses. They care a great deal and are a part of your community as is the case here!!! read more

I was looking for quality carpet at a great price....So I set up appointments with 5 different reps from various businesses.....strictly carpet's representative came out measured and emailed me a quote...after comparing the prices and overall quality of the carpet and padding ..I found strictly carpet to be $800-1200 plus more than the competitors..I sent an email telling them I was close to making a final decision...and was this there best price..I realized they had the best selection and instillation warranty [2years] more than than Luna.....he called back asked a few questions....and told me I'm not going to be able to come down $800 .........but let me speak to my manager...I'm still waiting for the call...I had every intention on going with them..but he never called back...it's ok not to want to do business ....but just be clear and say that! Don't leave the consumer believing your going to call back and then you don't call..I get it your product is superior..and no price adjustments necessary for you to obtain business...I wasn't trying to low ball you...I just wanted to know if you were able to come near your competitors...I'm assuming from my experience they don't negotiate..so don't try...But they really have a great selection and great instillation Warranty check them out! read more
