Great company! I cold called B&B last year based off of Yelp reviews, and they lived up to the positive reviews. Everyone I've worked with - either in the office or at my home doing installation - has been very friendly and professional. My tree is large and funny shaped and a challenge to deal with. This is the second year of my contract, and the lights were just slightly off on the tree, but not even enough for me to have called to complain. Tonight, a B&B truck pulled up and someone was here to completely restring the tree! They clearly follow up on their own work and value quality because this correction was completely their own doing. This is the fourth year we have used B & B Decorating. They do an excellent job in suggesting what and how to light/trim our house and the huge pine tree in the front yard. They arrive when scheduled, are efficient and professional. We receive compliments all the time from our neighbors on how beautiful our house looks. The only issue is the response time when issues develop, i.e. burnt out light bulbs. We have recommended B&B to friends and they have also been pleased with their work. read more

Fantastic job with holiday decorating! Paul came out for a consultation during which he made a lot of measurements and suggestions on what would be optimal for our home. We didn't have any set ideas, so this was very welcome. We received a quote soon afterwards and then executed a contract. The crew of two that came out to put up the lights were very professional and did a very thorough job. I don't think I've ever seen a tree done so well as they did - usually trees have meager vertical strings or a spiral, top-down. We've had several neighbors already inquire about who did the job, as they were that impressed. I've uploaded a photo of how our house looks, and I recommend Paul and B&B wholeheartedly. read more

We used their snow removal service last year and found that they were very unreliable. Decided to give them a chance again this year as a courtesy because we are friends with one of the boys parents. Sadly we are more disappointed this year. We've had 2 snow events. The first 13 inches of snow right before thanksgiving. They showed up 30 hours later after we had already plowed ourselves out so we could get to work. We had just under 3 inches of pure ice, sleet and snow yesterday. Still no signs of them after 2 phone calls and an email. The embarrassing thing is that we talked several of our neighbors into their service as well. Please don't make the same mistake we did. read more

I gave a 4 star rating because I do not believe anyone operates consistently at a 5 . . . although I will add that B&B's response when there has been a problem has been at a level 5. The installation Crews have all been very nice people, courteous, responsive and they do a good job. Their pricing seems to be in line, at least with my prior service.
