We paid in full and tipped the crew when they left. Very frustrating experience to find the job partially done and an owner who could have cared less.

After this last time in late June we can no longer recommend them. We paid extra & our down spouts were not cleaned, in fact 4 were very plugged. Had to have someone else come to remedy the situation . We spoke with the owner & asked that he refund us JUST what we we paid for the downspout cleaning only, not the whole job. He finally agreed after arguing with us. Nice way to treat a repeat customer- NOT ! After 2 weeks now we have not received a refund. We told him we would be leaving a review if he didn't.
