I decided to have Diamond Home Services to remodel my main bathroom…read more This was a major decision, due to the fact that I have lived in my home for 30 years. I knew this would be a major project as well as costly. I chose Diamond because I was satisfied with the new roof that had previously been installed on my home and garage, garage gutters and windows, and new security door on my enclosed back porch. I was very pleased with the bathroom remodel. I was able to chose the materials and practically design my bathroom. I only want to recommend that when it comes to new bathtubs, make sure you check the internal design and material of the bathtub. I originally had a old cast iron bathtub which was made quite different from these new bathtubs. I know now that not all bathtubs are created equal. I would suggest everyone , try to physically sit in the tub before deciding on your choice. Also request to see samples of different materials. I was unaware of fiberglass and acrylic bathtubs. I prefer cast iron which I discovered was very expensive. Overall I was very satisfied with the modernization of my bathroom. Diamond did a great job and I know this has increased the value of my home. I am pleased that Craig Diamond addressed and listened to my concerns and made sure that I was a satisfied customer. After so much time and energy I put doing the research and getting quotes and estimates from different company, and the worst yet when someone gives you wrong information like we cannot install sods now it's too hot, which later Matthew you told me that it was not true. It's really nice when you finally find someone that charge you reasonably and fits your budget. Matthew came with his crew and replaced my front yard sides oh, they did a great job , now after a few weeks of the job they did my grass looks gorgeous and Rich. Thank you Matthew for saving me time on money and I would recommend Villa Property Management to all my friends

I also left a review for this business over on Google, but think it's only fair to leave one here…read moreon yelp too! Business's rely on many platforms, and I have seen personally that Google reviews, can take an extensive amount of time, to publish a review. Anyway, here goes! My building recently had our porches power, washed and sealed, by POW! POW! Powerwash'nSeal. Whoever said, this was a man's job!? That's right this is a woman own business, Who's "seriously" detailed and well executed proposal, was a tale-tale example of the outstanding finished job, Diane and her crew did, including their carpenter, Jose. This is a three-story walk up (6 flat) building that was in dire need of not only a good a good "POW-POWerwash", but was also dying to get a taste of the beautiful "SEAL'er", Diane uses on her deck jobs. This was especially important, because our porches went too long without maintenance, and begun to splinter and show advanced signs of wear and aging. So this was a must. After seeing the porches, just after being power washed, I was blown away on how well of job, her team did. In comparison, just weeks prior to that, I was scrubbing my own porch with a special deck cleaner and a deck brush and I couldn't even get close to what they did! Before deciding we received a few bids, all were within range of each other. Diane however, uses a much more durable and quality sealer then her competition I believe. Make no mistake about Diane, her- "career-woman" track record, shines through on her proposals, because they are the most detail oriented and thorough proposals you will likely ever see- hands down! When you see someone that has taken the time to outline the scope of work that Diane did, and taking every measurement, you're clearly getting a bid from a company who cares about their work, and their clients! But I will let the pictures do the talking! Don't hesitate to hire POW POW if you're on the fence in deciding. You won't be sorry! Thanks a bunch to Diane, and the rest of her crew at....POW! I had a quote before the end of the evening and immediately approved. The price was incredibly reasonable, as soon as I signed and emailed the contract, Michelle reached out to Schedule our service. Before I could even ask for the earliest availability she explained that Tomas informed her of our leak. They came within 2 days of us signing the contract and the entire project took a day and a half. A brand new roof at A fair price. The crew came ready to go at 7am, multiple guys on the roof, a couple in the front of the house cleaning and handing the material to the crew. They were efficient and tidy. They even asked if I could reach out to my neighbors because some of the old materiel had fallen into their yard and they wanted to get access to clean it up. Pleased is an understatement, this crew is top tier.

She informed me the rep would be Marcus who called me later to confirm appt however there was a time discrepancy...rep stated 9a and he said all he had was 3p. I took the 3 tho I wanted an earlier appt. Before the date I received an email confirming the 9a time. I informed Marcus and he said it was a system glitch. Hmmm ok. He arrived on time for my appt which was 7/24/24. He took his time measuring, answering concerns, using contractor language I didn't know about. I had a couple of issues with the work protocol. A prior contractor informed me he would be replacing entire sections for the same price vs Nomach wanted to work around them for the same price. He went to his truck and wrote out proposals which took about 1 hour. I know my house needs a good tuckpointing job but on one side it's just a few areas, the other side needs a little more attention and the garage needs sum tlc all around the bottom 1/2 but $24,609.24 is outrageous to me. The prior contractor wanted the same. I understand they may be qualified to do the job but that is a good chunk of my income to pay for a job. I get why my neighbors and others do it the cheaper route. People have $25k just laying around? We talked about other jobs too like replacing my door frame in my garage, said he had to consult with someone else; adding gutters to my garage, replacing wood - $5,222.11.....should have used the other guy 2 years ago who said he would do the same for $2100; replacing 5 concrete stairs and not the landing - $9,717....another guy said $10k 2 remove everything and rebuild. I'm sure Nombach does good work but u gotta have money to deal with them. Not for the middle class folk like me.
