I would make the same comments as previous reviews of JK Window Cleaning and Jeff; he is reliable, communicates well, is knowledgable about cleaning windows and other aspects of the home such as patios, gutters, etc. He clearly takes pride in his work and does not rush through the job. We have used JK Window cleaning once last year and just recently. Jeff, the owner, was referred to us by our neighbor who said he did an excellent job on her windows. Jeff not only did a superb job on our windows outside and inside, but also washed and dried all our window screens. In addition, we asked that he clean our blue stone on the patio. He did a great job. I was surprised at the knowledge he had about the blue stone and how to take care of it. We also had him remove the sun protection film on our four sliding glass doors. It had begun to peal and didn't look good. It also causes a breakdown eventually of the seals around the window. This was no easy job, but Jeff removed it and the results were great. We live in a contemporary house where large pane windows are a defining feature, so it's important we found a great window cleaner. Jeff is a true professional at this and we'll be using him again. He dealt with probably 3-4 years of buildup on our windows pretty seamlessly. First, we reached out late Monday/Early Tuesday to get quotes in hopes to get this done before a party that Saturday. Jeff was out Wednesday to quote, and was able to come the next day, Thursday. We definitely appreciated his promptness. He spent nearly the entire days on the inside/outside of our windows and did a meticulously excellent job. He uses a deionizer to help lift dirt from the window, bronze-cloth, and an assortment of other tools. The attention to detail was uncanny, as he re-washed many of the windows 2, 3, 4, even 5 times to ensure a job well done. Jeff was also very knowledgable about proper window cleaning and care and gave great advice as to how to maintain our windows moving forward for longer life. He helped identify hard water stains, pigmentation, and other imperfections and how we might deal with/prevent them in the future. Finally, going above and beyond, he came back a few days later to take care of our very old/fragile storm windows with some special tools to get them out while ensuring they did not break. This was supposed to be extra cost, but he did it free of charge since he missed it in the original quote. I highly recommend Jeff to anyone looking for regular window cleaning maintenance. He wasn't the cheapest quote we received, but the service, attention to detail, and information we got was well worth the slightly higher cost. You can be confident you'll get a job well-done, and complete, if you choose to hire Jeff. We'll be scheduling him again come Spring! read more

Jeff did a truly amazing job, my husband and I have never seen a window cleaning company use so many special tools to clean windows. Usually it's a squeegee and mop, but Jeff used what looked like a water filtration system to remove all impurities in the water. The water is pure and deionized which bonds to dirt on the glass and removes it. He scrubs the glass with a water fed brush, then scrubs every inch of it with some kind of pad, then rinses the entire window again. The glass was left wet, but I was amazed that after it dried it was so pristine! Jeff also uses a great screen cleaning machine which looks like a car wash. He ran every screen through there and they came out awesome!! We also had him clean the siding and gutters with what he called "soft wash" and they too came out great. I was very pleased with Jeff's work, I have never seen anybody use so many special high tech tools on glass. I would highly recommend Jeff & will be using him again and again. read more

As I started to call them on Monday, I hung up quickly as I thought I had misdialed. Before I could dial again they were calling me and asked how they could help. I explained my situation about needing my windows cleaned. He asked me to fill out the form on the website and we made an appointment for them to come out the next day. About 1/2 hour before the scheduled appointment I received a call they were running a bit late but would be there by a certain time. And they were! My windows and my screens were cleaned that day as they had the time and it was a perfect day for window washing! What a delightful unexpected surprise. They did a fantastic job and I have already recommended them to 2 of my neighbors. It is hard to find anyone to clean individual condo units in a four story building without being guaranteed business from multiple tenants as no company wants to waste their time with only one unit!
