Very disappointing experience. After being a satisfied recurring customer, I was abruptly contacted…read moreby management and told that staff had raised concerns about feeling "micromanaged." This was the first I had heard of any issue, and when I asked for specific examples so I could understand what had happened, none were provided. I respect any company's right to discontinue service. What I found unacceptable was the way it was handled: vague accusations, no prior communication, and no opportunity to address the concern. I previously had a positive impression of this company, but the way management handled this situation left me feeling embarrassed, uncomfortable, and deeply disappointed. I would not recommend them or trust them in my home again.

We reached out several times to try to work with the owner to have them come back to finish the missed windows, but he just made excuses that they didn't have access and don't clean sills unless we paid them to clean inside and outside both. We sent pictures showing the missed work, and that it was clearly outside and accessible to the crew (as some windows were done and others not), but he made no effort to resolve our concerns. We paid in full and tipped the crew when they left. Very frustrating experience to find the job partially done and an owner who could have cared less.
