The technician did a great job cleaning out our gutters and did a nice job repairing one of our gutters at our request. I ask the cleaner what's been cleaned in the last three hours - opening cabinets and pointing to the dust. After three hours, I just asked for the cleaner to leave. Gia's explanation was that the apartment was "pretty dirty and not brand new so it's just difficult to get rid of everything for the first time cleaning". I couldn't see though that much had been cleaned. Even the brand new counters looked dirtier than before. I ended up just wiping down the counters and picking up a broom - sweeping to see that there was still dust on the floor. The cabinets still unopened and items hadn't even shifted.
