I telephoned Window Washing Pro (WWP) yesterday thinking that I would not be able to schedule anything during the present nice weather. Within ten minutes I received a return call from Ross (?). After a brief conversation he was able to fit my requested window cleaning services for today. He gave me an approximate time for today, and he and three others arrived at the appointed time. The windows were cleaned, and the job completed in less than one hour. My windows are clean and the residue from insects and a few bird droppings have been removed. Windows presently look great. Their charges were fair, and I will definitely use them in the future. If punctuality, and excellent service at a reasonable price are important to you, look no further. I reached out to them for a quote recently with the hope that they would be able to come to my house for window washing and gutter cleaning that week. Their original quote was based off of what I thought was the appropriate window/storm window/screen count. When they came to my house for a more official quote, it turns out I was a little off on my count. However, they decided to honor their original quote which I was so appreciative of. They squeezed my appointment into their schedule that week but then it rained so they couldn't come. They weren't going to be able to come until the following week but went above and beyond to rearrange a few appointments to fit me in that week before my event. They came just hours before my event but promised they would have enough people to get in and out in time. I was so nervous, but they pulled it off! Not only did they get the job done in time, but the windows were spotless, the space around my windows inside my house was completely clean, the gutters were cleaned, and they couldn't have been friendlier! I call and give them an estimate on how ma y windows my Mom's house has. The guy says don't worry, I can see it via Google Maps and send you an estimate. The estimate was reasonable and I thought it might be a few hundred more. They come and we went from $290 to $1,200! He claimed I was to blame since I said it might be around 30 32 windows. I said "wait, you said you would see it without estimating on site and would use Google! ) He then went on to say all the windows had screens and no, they didn't. At this point, I was pissed. what a waste of my time. Insist on them coming and giving an estimate. 2nd, just because there is a screen, that's not the same a storm windows which they were implying. I said I could pop the screens off on a few windows that had them and they said they were storm windows!! I think I know the difference. The second they tried blaming the customer, I knew it was BS. Had my husband been there, I can guarantee you that would not have happened. So, no..I don't recommend them. And yes, I think with so many companies doing the same thing, it's worth looking elsewhere. I gave one star because the 2 polite young guys that were there with the owner were just that..polite. read more
