I sought out quotes for grout repair and received a response from Sonny very quickly. He asked to come out to do a free estimate and I agreed to an approximate date and time but completely failed to give my address. I then forgot all about poor Sonny. Thank goodness he did not forget me. He was able to come by at the previously arranged time and gave me a truly affordable quote. He also had availability to start working right away. So, Sonny re-grouted my bathroom floor, which was suffering some damage. The floor came out amazing. Sonny was in and out within 2 hours. He explained everything he was doing and even why the damage had occurred in the first place. He was efficient and polite. Left the area cleaner than it was when he arrived. I highly recommend.

I agree with what others have said. Sony is a very nice guy and he is very proud of his work and he pays attention to detail. He wants to make the customer happy. He shows up on time and he communicates if he can come early. If you are doing grout or caulk for a shower or bathroom use him. He isn't a get in and get out kind of company. He will come back if the conditions are not the best for completing the job. Bigger companies won't do this as they just want to finish up and move on to the next job. Not Sony, he will do what he can to avoid a future call about problems that are avoidable if the original work is done under the best conditions, even if that means a return visit. You want this! I think this adds incredible value to the service he provides.

Sonny came in in December and steamed the grout and caulking in my shower and also buffed my marble countertop. He's super nice, has a great eye for detail and I've recommended him to all my friends. I originally called him because I'd had a bathroom renovation by some terrible workers and within three months the caulking was breaking off and the grout was impossible to clean. Sonny recaulked and gave me some great advice for keeping it clean. He's also very reasonably priced. I definitely recommend him. read more

We had Sonny come out again to help with a bay window in dire need of some work, and he absolutely crushed it again! He even helped us out with some additional spots where wood was cracking and caulk was beginning to chip away around the house. He even found some spots we didn't know about and did that work, too. I can't say enough good things about the work he does. The house looks spectacular after he got done with the work. read more

Could not speak highly enough about Sonny and the work he did. He was prompt in coming out for a quote and scheduling the work, knowledgeable, polite, and his price came in lower than other bidders. First of all - I do not write reviews yet Sonny deserves to be recognized for his quality of his talents and for his hard working dedication. Very timely and responsive to texts. Our home is almost 25 years old and never had our tile/grout professionally cleaned. Although cleaned often, my bathroom has never looked this brand new! I cannot recommend enough for anyone who needs a good grout cleaning. read more

So glad we found Grout Best LLC. The bathroom looked brand spanking new when Sonny was through grouting and steam cleaning. It looked like we had put new tile and re-glazed the tub. We didn't need to remodel the bathroom after all. It was beautiful. Yay. Incredible Work. Trustworthy. Honest. Hard working. Responds quickly. Our estimate and cost was great. We had hired Grout Best to do PART of our bathroom and we figured we'd scrub and clean the rest of the tile and floor ourselves. We could not get it to look and match how clean and new the Grout Best area was looking, so we called him back to do the rest. Well worth the call. read more

Sonny is professional, responsive, and does a fantastic job. I needed about 20 feet of counter repaired where the counter meets the tile. He dug out the old grout, re caulked and sealed everything matching the grout. He polished an area of the granite counter that had water damage and resealed that as well. His price was really fair. It's hard to find good people to do some of these smaller jobs. Some companies I called had a minimum trip charge, one as high as $350. I called Sonny on a Friday afternoon and he was here the next day at 10:30am. He's just an honest, hard working nice guy that does great work. I highly recommend Sonny and his company. read more

Most reputable companies would reassess the work order upon arrival and charge fairly for what was actually completed. We ended up paying for work we did not need. Sonny regrouted our shower walls and floor tile this past week (in Evanston). His quote was exteremely reasonable, and his work was flawless. Not only is Sonny a very pleasant and honest man, but he takes pride in his work, and was so clean! His grout work is so neat, with no haze on any of the tiles, and he even made sure to check with us on the floor grout color to ensure we got what we wanted. I also appreciated that Sonny does all his work by hand, removing the original grout with tools, rather than a machine. Sonny also replaced some caulk around our bathtub and kitchen counters, and his lines were so neat and thin. We previously hired someone who did subpar regrouting, so to have Sonny come in and do the work so well was fantastic. I have already recommended him to friends, and would absolutely use him again. read more

Sonny did a wonderful job cleaning our 13x13 porcelain travertine style tile in our kitchen, dining area, 2 pantries, closet, half bath and hallway. He then repaired some dried/damaged grout areas, added a flexible sealant in two seams between newly laid oak flooring and the tiled areas, then finished with a color seal on the grout and clear sealed the tile. For the two full baths, he steam cleaned all tiled floors, tubs and tiled walls, removed old grout in the main shower, then re-grouted and sealed, re-caulked a tub/shower and repaired an area on the garden tub in the main bath. This old house looks like new! When Sonny says he will be there at (name the time), he will be there exactly at that time. We reached out to Grout Best and another grout repair company early Nov. 2024 to repair our front entry slate floor, regrout shower walls, steam clean and stain grout in a bathroom and steam clean and seal grout in another bathroom shower. Sonny promptly came to give us a bid and gave a competitive bid. He set up the work promptly thereafter and did a great job overall. The slate tile was very involved project where areas of loose grout needed to be completely removed resulting in one or two small areas that needed some special attention. We called Sonny and he promptly set up an appointment to take care of the spots. He is wonderfully responsive, a hard worker and does a beautiful job. Our house looked great for the holidays. He also laid a cloth covering on the floor outside of the bathroom to protect my floor there. My bathroom now looks brand new thanks to him.
