He put us on his schedule within a reasonable amount of time. When I saw his work, I was SHOCKED! He did such an amazing job and exceeded all of my expectations. I don't know how he got those tiles SO clean! We asked him back a few weeks later to clean the grout in the floor tiles in our bathroom as well, and we were once again impressed with his high quality work. Tony's business manager, Kelly, handled most of the communications from the beginning. Kelly was responsive and gave us a prompt and fair estimate based upon photos and measurements that we sent her. We got on Tony's calendar, and he showed up each day on-time and smiling. I asked him what kind of music he wanted to have on while he was working, he said '80s pop, and he actually whistled along with it while he worked. He's a genuinely happy guy. I really looked forward to seeing him each day, and I missed him once the job was finished. We appreciated that he allowed us to purchase our own materials, so there was no markup on them. Kelly and Tony were very specific in what products he'd need, and it was easy to get them. He came each day with dropcloths that he put on the floors where he'd be walking, to prevent any damage. But the best part is how beautiful his workmanship is. Every time I look at our backsplash or the laundry room floor, I think of Tony.
