Tony's business manager, Kelly, handled most of the communications from the beginning. Kelly was responsive and gave us a prompt and fair estimate based upon photos and measurements that we sent her. We got on Tony's calendar, and he showed up each day on-time and smiling. I asked him what kind of music he wanted to have on while he was working, he said '80s pop, and he actually whistled along with it while he worked. He's a genuinely happy guy. I really looked forward to seeing him each day, and I missed him once the job was finished. We appreciated that he allowed us to purchase our own materials, so there was no markup on them. Kelly and Tony were very specific in what products he'd need, and it was easy to get them. He came each day with dropcloths that he put on the floors where he'd be walking, to prevent any damage.
