Radek has done grout and cleaning services at several of our rental units. He is amazing - prompt, very affordable and does high quality work. On our most recent service, Radek was out of town and adjusted his schedule to ensure our work was done before our new tenants came in. Finally, Radek is the most affordable in the city. I got several quotes from other grout and tile companies and they were at least 3x to 4x more money for the same services. read more

Radek deserves all of the five star Yelp reviews. Most businesses don't want a job this size, and many hate coming into city condo buildings, so I was grateful Radek was interested. I had to wait ten days, but it was worth it. (Left a request on Angi, and not one viable reply.) He replaced five large tiles that had detached and regrouted around them... saving me from having to re-do the entire bathroom floor. Matched perfectly... you can't tell the old work from the new. Arrived on time and worked quickly. I was worried about tile/grout dust, but there wasn't a spec in my condo after he left. Highly recommended! read more

Great work once again! Top notch quality work, fair price. Glad I was able to go back into my past projects to find him.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to work with Chicago Tile Services due to the nature of my project, but he was very generous with his time and stopping by our place to fully assess the project. read more

All of the other reviews already say it but Radek deserves all of the 5 star reviews for providing high quality, reasonable work. I hired Radek/Chicago Tile Services to rip out my old shower tile & shower pan and redo the entire thing brand new. He was very kind, super responsive and informative from the beginning and made the whole process very easy. Despite having some issues with the drain and having to bring in a plumber to assist with a portion of the work (which ended up delaying us about 1 1/2 days), everything that he estimated from both time and cost was exact. His work quality was great and he made it very painless by allowing me to select the tile and then picking it up to do the job. He is extremely knowledgeable and I will not only recommend him to others but will call on him when I need work from him in the future. Thank you again! read more

Having renovated five homes, we have extensive experience working with contractors. Radek is hands-down the best we have ever hired. Over the last year, he completed projects in four different rooms for us. Every single time, his pricing was fair, his punctuality was perfect, and he kept the workspace spotless. Most importantly, his craftsmanship is flawless. If you are searching for a tile contractor in the Chicago area, look no further. Hire him immediately. read more

I had a very simple job; I just needed a hole drilled for a new faucet. Radek got back to me quickly and was able to stop by on the same day. He helped me figure out where it should go, drilled the hole, and was done in about ten minutes. The price he charged was fair, so I'm very happy with how this went. It was a small job, but I'd absolutely recommend him. read more

Radek's work was fantastic, and I cannot recommend him enough! I collected 3 estimates for tile installation and Radek's was less than half of the other 2 - excellent value! Quality work from Radek on a tile bathroom. I am happy with the results and I recommend him for your project.

Stuck to agreed time and date for installation. Did high quality work for a shower tile job.

This review is way overdue! We have used Radek on two occasions: for our backsplash and for our shower floor. These jobs were about a year apart, he did such a good job on our shower floor we called him immediately when our backsplash needed done. Efficient, transparent with cost, and high quality work. Highly recommend Radek!! read more

Highly recommend Radek. We had a very small job (drilling a hole in the countertop), but he was very prompt, communicative, and treated us with the utmost respect. He wasn't satisfied with how it initially turned out, so he even came back a second day to make it right -- when he didn't have to do that. Very honest and fair -- with great pricing as well! Would definitely call him again. read more

Radek did a fantastic job. We hired him to touch up the grouting in our bathrooms and backsplash. He was very professional and the work was excellent. We had a relatively small job of grout repair and caulking replacement. Radek was very responsive, presented a fair price, set up a date, was was on time, even early. His work was perfect, and clean. We could not be happier! read more

Hired Radek for work that was needed on replacing some marble kitchen tiles, and to do finishing work between a new countertop and existing backsplash. Radek responded to the initial request, and follow up questions very promptly. Hired Radek to do the work, the day of the work, he communicated effectively that he was going to be late due to another job. He then communicated when he was coming and arrived promptly. Work was done in a efficient and professional manner, and we are very happy with the work that was performed. He did a great job in color matching the new grout to the existing grout and was patient with our many questions. Felt that the price quote was fair, and there was no surprises when it came time for payment. I will definitely use his services if we need them again in the future. read more

So happy I went to yelp to read reviews for my tile job, as every review was spot on and Radek didn't disappoint. He was on time, extremely professional, priced right and completed the job in four days. I had him tile my uneven, concrete floor in the basement laundry room, tile the landing at the top of the stairs going to the basement and he refinished my fireplace. Everything looks beautiful and I am thrilled with the results. I highly recommend Radek and will be hiring him again in the future when I can afford to do the primary bathroom. read more

Radek deserves all the stars! Great communication. Contractors are so unpredictable.. honestly, I was afraid he wouldn't show. Well, he confirmed AND showed up. I chose a funky patterned tile for a backsplash that I imagined would be a pain to cut and match up. The man is a legend. He literally made the smallest cuts that I just noticed today which prompted me to write this review. The man is a PRO. I will only book him for future tiling services and you should, too! read more

First, Radek was easy to get in touch with, easy to schedule with, and showed up on time every day. I hadn't done this kind of project before and he was so helpful in telling me exactly what to get from Floor and Decor. I also asked him to re-caulk another bathroom while he was here and it was easy to add that on to the scope. The work itself is outstanding! It looks awesome! The price was also very reasonable, especially considering the quality! He took care removing and reinstalling the fixtures too and cleaned up everything perfectly. I would highly recommend Radek to anyone who is looking to do a tile project and hope that we have an opportunity to work with him again. read more

I have used Chicago Tile Services twice and have had great experiences both times. Radek works fast and charges a reasonable rate. His work is quality as well. Most recently, I had some loose floor tile which Radek was able to repair with the existing floor tile. I've also hired him to install some new shower tile after I installed a new shower system. Both times he worked quickly, did a great job, and cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing tile work done. read more

Radek did a great job removing our old backsplash and installing the new one! It didn't even take the whole day, and he did a nice job cleaning up after himself as he did the work.
