He has worked on very high end projects in the city - and though my project was far from high end, he did a fantastic job. As a backdrop, a few years ago I had hired a company that specialized in cleaning grout. The owner came and priced the project but rather than him completing the work, he sent a technician that appeared to be young and inexperienced. Despite the owner's claim that they could clean my grout, the technician could not remove the stains - so he offered to paint the grout - which I accepted. As you can imagine, the paint has worn off and I still had dirty grout. I won't hire a "grout cleaner" again. Radek removed their paint, scraped out the dirty grout and replaced with new grout. He then sealed and re-caulked. Everything looks new. I will definitely keep Radek's info for future projects. read more
