Just great! I texted with Radek and sent him pictures of our tub, which needed both white and clear caulk to be cleaned and replaced and he replied quickly with a quote, which was very reasonable compared to other places that I had contacted. We scheduled a time and he was very good at keeping in touch and letting me know when he was on his way. His work was impeccable and he left the the bathroom in excellent shape. We will be happy to work with him for any other tile related work and definitely be in touch for new caulk, when we need it in the future. read more

Radek was very professional, did a great job and was priced very competitively. He has worked on very high end projects in the city - and though my project was far from high end, he did a fantastic job. As a backdrop, a few years ago I had hired a company that specialized in cleaning grout. The owner came and priced the project but rather than him completing the work, he sent a technician that appeared to be young and inexperienced. Despite the owner's claim that they could clean my grout, the technician could not remove the stains - so he offered to paint the grout - which I accepted. As you can imagine, the paint has worn off and I still had dirty grout. I won't hire a "grout cleaner" again. Radek removed their paint, scraped out the dirty grout and replaced with new grout. He then sealed and re-caulked. Everything looks new. I will definitely keep Radek's info for future projects. read more

Great tiling job on our bathroom! Excellent craftsmanship and a very reasonable price. Thank you!

They did an exemplary job retiling and regrouting at a restaurant account. We needed three patches of tiling fixed up, replaced, retiled. The other quotes we got were ridiculously expensive. And Chicago Tile Services beat them all! They also sourced the tile and found the exact correct tiling to match size color and texture, even though it was an older tile. For an extra $100 they came and did the work at midnight after we closed. Here are some before and after pictures. Would highly recommend this company! They were extremely professional, communicated quickly and were a real pleasure to work with read more

Radek is very responsive and responsible. After finishing the project, he made sure there were no residues left and did an excellent job with our countertop. I wound an additional star for his flexibility to find an earlier time, based on our requirement. read more

Radek is simply THE best. He installed a lot of backsplash tile for me a couple years ago and did a great job, worked quickly, and charged very fair, reasonable rates. So i contacted him again recently when some grout in my shower needed repair. He was booked out for the next month, but then was able to fit me in much sooner cause it was a quick project. He went above and beyond and even touched up some areas that I had not specifically pointed out to him. When i asked if he might also be able to clean the dirty mortar in my glass-block window, he did that and even added some fresh mortar to a spot that was a bit lacking. He wasn't gonna charge me for the window cleaning (and he should have!) so I made sure to tip. I'll definitely be contacting him first for any future tile work I need! He's my go-to guy! read more

Radek did a wonderful job tiling our bathroom. We bought our condo last Spring and the previous owners had not maintained the original Limestone tile in the master bath so we had a severe mildew problem in the tile and grout. Radek did a full demo and re-tile, helped shop for additional materials, and finished the job in just over a week. I would also point out that Radek is fairly priced, extremely responsive, and always on time. We have had issues finding those qualities in the past with other work on our building so can't say enough how important that is. read more

I had a small, but important (to me) floor tiling job, that needed to be done or I could not finish my project. Rado, Radoslaw Buga answered the call. Another tiler said no - too small of a job. That one said he'd have to charge $$ extra just to show up. Rado was great - professional and all business. I love the job he did. I would recommend him highly from my experience. read more

Recently purchased a condo in an older building near Printer's Row. received a few bids to replace and update tile - Chicago Tile clearly beat all others. Even better than their pricing was the quality of work. Radoslaw and Marc were meticulous and conscientious. The tile work was outstanding and they went above and beyond by fixing a few flaws in flooring and plumbing by previous firms. They followed up within a few days of the job to make sure everything was done correctly. Highly recommend this company for any Tiling job. read more
