Sometimes they are way in the back or the warehouse area it takes a while to get to the front door. That said, everyone I dealt with along the way was terrific Anna helped me in the beginning, then Andrew, who provided me a great competitive quote that I thought was too good to be true. It included the installation and was half of what another company quoted. I like to see the whole slab of stone before choosing, so that's why I went to see what they offer and what would match my new cashiers and the color palette. I chose a perfect quartz stone with everything my husband and I were looking for. Clean looking, some veins and even some beautiful color in the veining that matched our cabinets perfectly. Andrew was great in providing the correct timing window. For what I wanted, he said realistically it'll take one and a half to 2 weeks from measuring to the completed installation and that's what it took. When the person came to measure, he took his time and made sure everything was accurate. Since I wanted a curved edge at the end of my peninsula, he showed me a visual using his tools so I could choose between two different depths. I love the end result, as you can see in the photos. I called GMD, and Andrew got me taken care of immediately. He was able to send Norbert K. to my home within about 30 minutes because he happened to already be in the area. Norbert was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He inspected everything, explained what had happened, replaced the mounting brackets, applied new adhesive, reinforced the installation with additional wood supports where needed, and made sure the sink was properly secured. The repair was completed in about an hour, and he cleaned everything up before leaving. What impressed me the most was their honesty. They never tried to sell me something I didn't need. Norbert even complimented the quality of my existing granite countertops and told me they were in great shape. He gave me a quote for new countertops only because I asked, but there was absolutely no pressure. The final price was actually less than the original estimate, which says a lot about the company's integrity. In today's world, that kind of honesty is hard to find.
