I have marble floor tile in my kitchen and bathroom that I wanted cleaned with the grout restored. I called CSI after reading so many 5-star reviews. When the estimator came to check out the job, he was very friendly and professional. I asked if they could also clean the mold in the bath grout (glass tile); he said yes so I asked him to add this to the proposal. I discussed the proposal in detail over the phone and scheduled the job. The marble was cleaned and polished but some of the dirt in the cracks did not come off. My biggest disappointment, though, was that the mold in the grout between the bath shower tiles did not come off completely. When I asked why the black spots didn't come out, the reasoning that was given to me was that the mold is too deeply embedded in the grout. I asked whether the solution used contained bleach, and the answer was no, that bleach can cause damage to tiles, and the solution used (created by their own chemist) doesn't contain bleach for this reason. So I sprayed my own tile with bleach. The first picture shows before and after. On the left is the grout cleaned by CSI, and the picture on the right is 5 minutes after spraying with bleach. I expected the tile to look like the picture on the right when I asked CSI to include this in their quote (I paid $375 for this part of the work, when $5 bottle of bleach did the work). The second picture is the marble floors in the kitchen, finished product. Cleaned and polished, though still some dirt can be seen. Overall I liked the company and their customer service. I gave them feedback and they were receptive to improving their work. read more

I don't judge companies by their mistakes, but rather by how they respond to their mistakes. CSI was hired to do a partial restoration in our master bathroom, directly adjacent to newly finished wood floors. The technician protected a small area of the floor outside the bathroom and as he was packing up we noticed major abrasion marks through the new wood floors right outside of the covered area. The technician immediately denied any wrongdoing, even though the abrasion mark was freshly wet with some sort of chemical. After he left we were left to chase after their management who said there are two sides to every story and are denying all wrongdoing in the situation. Thea floors were only finished days before this work was done, and were in pristine condition. They started every conversation by saying how transparent and honest they are, by then proceeding to give us the middle finger on damage they caused...we are so upset by this situation.. Our warning to you is to go with another local company, or if you absolutely have to use CSI, take photos of everything they might touch so you're prepared to win whatever legal battle they leave you with. Caesar, you have my number when you'd like to man up and rectify this damage that your team caused. read more

Had the linoleum floor in our basement cleaned and waxed. From the time I called to the time the job was finished everyone I dealt with was great. Crew was very professional. Did an outstanding job. Floor has never looked better. Floor was seriously beat up from years of traffic and activities. Absolutely wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Extremely impressed with the outcome. We hired CSI absolute clean to come in and refinish bathroom floors in our home. Prior to leaving, one of their technicians caused damage to freshly refinished wood floors outside of their working area. As a female, I felt extremely discriminated against not only by the male technician but Caesar from their main office when discussing the issue we were facing. They immediately put blame on me saying there was no way they could've caused the damage. The area of damage was wet with chemicals, and the only person in the room that day was their technician. The technician had a buffer/ sander with many different chemicals/ finishes with him. So they're saying the large, circular abrasion marks immediately next to the room they were working on are from us??? If you use CSI, be sure to setup video cameras while doing their work so you're not left with a mess like what we're dealing with read more

I've used CSI twice to restore and polish marble flooring and a vanity top in our bathroom. On the most recent visit, the technician also filled three chips in the flooring. Communication was outstanding. He called in advance to advise of exact arrival time--which was as promised. Our bathroom looks brand new. And the price was very fair. Anyone who has gone to the expense of installing marble in a home likely wants to preserve its beauty. CSI is a great resource for marble care. read more

I've been using them for years and they never disappoint (even the same crew). They are honest, efficient, great communicators, and leave my marble bath & granite kitchen sparkling. To keep this short here are the strong points: -They are prompt / They are smooth / They are thorough / they are fun to talk with / They are done. That's all folks. WORD ! read more

I had two bathroom natural stone vanities restored today by Jose. He arrived on time, completed the job efficiently, and did a very professional job. The vanities now look new again. This is the second time I have had CSI Absolute Clean at my home, and I will plan to have them back when another of their services is needed. They do high quality work at reasonable rates, and they were on time and friendly during both of my experiences. I highly recommend this company! read more

As I write this, I am having my kitchen countertop resurfaced by Jose, one of the workers at CSI. All I can say is the countertop has never looked better. I did not think it could look this good. It's an older countertop, 2004, and I just assumed I would have to replace it. Not any longer. Thank you. I highly recommend CSI Absolute Clean. Robert, Chicago read more

Impressed with every part of this company. Superior customer service, friendly and polite staff including office and scheduling. Our free inspection and estimate by Cesar was informative and comprehensive. He was patient and willing to answer any questions and concerns. The technician Angel called ahead to give us an accurate arrival time. He was a pleasure. His work was excellent. Every step of the way, CSI Absolute Clean has proven to be among the best companies I've ever interacted with. Of any kind. They deserve your business. I can't say enough how I recommend them. This place was really great, I called asking a big request and they pulled thru like it was easy breezy, I had called to get my couch cleaned, after getting sky high quotes from everywhere else, so irritated! I called CSI and the nicest guy set up my cleaning, for the next day!! I needed to get it done before I left on vacation, I got my couch, ottoman, and an area rug done for 150! After a million phone calls I am so glad I found them, I was about to settle for the 250-300 range I was getting everywhere else! Seriously that alone made me happy, they were super professional! They did a great job cleaning everything and in an extremely timely manner. Could not be more happy with my services here! CSI Absolute Clean - So much better!!! - Refinishing Services Near Me

We got our marble island and marble floors polished and they never looked better, this is the third time using CSI for this service and I have to say, this time I feel they did an excellent job, Angel is a professional in what he does, he was always making sure we were happy with the results, he was dedicated and care for every detail, the prior time we used CSI I didn't like the job they did, my flors had a dull looking in some parts and I am not sure if they actually sealed them because they got bad fast, but his time with Angel everything looks amazing, he made sure we got the finish we liked and we got so many complements about our island. If you use CSI ask for Angel and his parters. read more

My shower had years of built up mold and grout when I moved in to my new place. I had csi come out and give an estimate which was reasonable based off other estimates I received. I was able to schedule someone to come out within the week. They did a great job- got everything cleaned and even described what products I should use for cleaning the shower going forward. They really went above and beyond! read more

Great work! These guys are professional and always get the job done right. This is my 3rd time using them. This time was no different except only 1 guy did all the work. It was done correctly within the estimated time and nothing was added to the estimate. I paid exactly what was estimated in advance after the work was done. The service pro arrived shortly after 9am on the specified day. How many times have other vendors made promises that they couldn't keep? These guys do what they say they will do and follow through. I'm satisfied with the work and will continue to call them the next time. read more

This company can clean almost everything! We moved into a house and inherited a beautiful limestone fireplace. Unfortunately, it was stained with soot from the previous owners. We tried to clean it ourselves first, unsuccessfully, and finally called around to get help. It wasn't easy for this project for some reason. We finally found CSI on Google and they said Yes - and they would send someone out for a free estimate to make sure they could get the job done. Well, they did! Their great employee Andre was at our house for 6 hours working at it until he got the job done. We are super please with the finished product and will definitely use CSI again. Highly recommend! read more

You know that time when you feel like someone is trying their best to please you, but your gut is telling you something doesn't feel right... I recognize that i was the most difficult customer they ever had, and i know they went out of their way, but it doesn't mean you should make that known to me. I shouldn't feel stupid every time i get off the phone with you. And when i am wrong, you don't need to send me a detailed transcript of the phone conversation with the entire recorded audio file attached-- got it, I'm the stupid one that was wrong, thanks! After listening to all the sighs on the phone, it's my turn .... oh sighhhhhh read more

Angel and Jose are professionals from the word GO! Angel cleaned stains off my bedroom chaise that I can't believe are gone (my dog's vomit). (Plus they're really nice guys and a pleasure to have in my house!) Thanks again, Shelly B read more

These people are gooood! I had a reservation at 9, this gentleman who is very young shows up promptly at 9 and gets down to business. We had 5 chairs and an area rug that needed cleaning. One of the chairs which is cream colored had a water stain on it that I was hoping can be removed. The guy spent a good half an hour on that chair making sure there is nothing left of the stain. He cleaned everything immaculately. Make sure to note ahead if you want solvent based cleaners so that they will bring them along. Will definitely call them again if we need cleaning again. read more

We just had our 3rd or 4th annual commercial cleaning with CSI Absolute Clean. I really like that that have great, caring and friendly service, staying in touch both before and after the service. We get reminder emails, arrival calls, follow up emails to ensure costumer satisfaction. The very first time we used CSI Absolute Clean, they were very accommodating with the business hours of our nail salon. They were thorough and efficient, and we were extremely satisfied with the service in all ways. When we used them again for the 2nd or 3rd time, they had sent a newer, less thorough and more rushed cleaning technician who had left us with damp carpets and less than a satisfactory experience. The customer service center did a follow up call and we explained our experience to them. They listened patiently with care and ensured they will follow up with the technician and will do a better job next time. I really like that they care about their quality. This last time around, the technician called upon timely arrival. However, they didn't have an air blower in their car, and since we had 1 experience with the damp carpets, our manager requested the air blower/dryer. The technician was willing to drive back to their office to retrieve the requested tool. Even though the job started about 45 minutes later then scheduled due to our request, the technician did not rush the job and still did a very thorough and careful cleaning, just like our first experience. We definitely recommend CSI Absolute clean, and would use them again for our cleaning needs. read more

Angel and Saul came out today to restore the marble floors in my kitchen, foyer and back entrance. They worked wonders on the few areas I pointed out, bringing them back to their original shine and luster. I am very impressed wth their ability to bring my floors back to the way they looked the day they were laid. Both Angel and Saul were very polite and respectful, as was Cesar when he came to price out the job. It is very refreshing to find a company with proper customer service that provides such high quality work. I highly recommend this company. read more

Over promised and under delivered It's been almost year since I had CSI in to repair marble tile I had etched by using the wrong cleaner. Address a stain on my granite & clean and revitalize tile and grout in my shower in the master entire bath. I was told it would "look like new" The office staff was friendly and the gentleman who came to estimate the job was courteous and attentive with speedy responses to any question I had. That's the good. The bad. I just feel they over promised and under delivered. My home is not old only five years but as a new homeowner and first time with natural stone I probably didn't seal everything correctly (rookie mistake). They did say they were not sure about the stain in my granite but I was assured the bathroom would look like new. It didn't not even close. I mentioned it at the time and they tried again. It didn't ever come close to looking like new. I was then told if have to re grout everything. If that was the case that should have been the recommendation from the beginning. The granite stain is still there (but they did not guarantee anything). They did restore the section of marble I etched but the vast majority of the work looked like nothing had been done. Just disappointed read more

Look no further if you have stone showers. These guys are pros. I had another highly rated person come out last spring who did a botched job- actually used silicone on stone grout. Started peeling after a few months.... Anyway this company is highly professional and does a great job. Very reasonable pricing as well- we had a full shower clean and restore for $300. I definitely recommend using them going forward for all your stone/marble/travertine shower needs. read more

I cannot say enough about the job these guys did!! Cesar came and did the estimate, Angel and Jose did the amazing job. My floors look amazing!! Horrible experience. I had originally hired CSI Abolute based on the reviews. It seem to be a reliable and professional company. However, yesterday when technicians were supposed to be at my place by 3pm, secretary calls me (at 3:00 p.m.) saying that they are running late. I asked how late, and her response was "they'll be there probably by 5 p.m." A two-hour delay is not a misshap . . . it is a complete lack of competence. A day before service, I called asking them to give me a courtesy call when technicians were on their way so I could leave work a little earlier. Yesterday secretary has the nerve to say "well, you didn't receive a call from anybody so you couldn't assume they were going to be there by 3" I was NOT assuming anything. I have a confirmation email and a work order stating time of service. EVEN if technicians were running late, they could have called by 2:30p.m. the latest to inform me about delay. Secretary then says "just go back to work and come back by 5" ... If you played with my time, I don't play with my job. I can't be in and out just because of your lack of responsibility. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNRELIABLE BUSINESS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THEM. read more

I had a very good experience with CSI. They helped me to save black marble that was ruined by acidic cleaner. Stone looks like new! I think they did a great job on my granite countertops. They are 20 years old and hadn't been sealed or polished since they were installed, but they looked great after cleaning. The only problem is the company name. The only reason I found them is that another company was too busy and recommended them instead. Who would find a granite clean and repair service with this name? Unfortunately it sounds like a house cleaning service, so they probably are missing a lot of customers. read more

I had a bluestone patio and steps that were pretty poorly installed. They had several problems including grout haze and splattered paint. While many other companies didn't even return my call, Cesar came out right away and spent a good amount of time surveying the situation and explaining what could be done. Saul was out shortly after to perform the service. In the end, it exceeded all my expectations. I'll be using CSI for all my stone maintenance needs going forward. read more

This was the first time I used the Company's Service and I will now always use them. Angel and Sal were an excellent, very professional and friendly team. I am absolutely amazed at how great the customer service and workmanship was, my husband and I were very pleased. Our e-mails requesting a quote were responded to quickly and very thoroughly. The technician, Angel, was on time, courteous and is a very hard worker. After a few DIY caulking jobs to the shower & counter top, he really had his work cut out for him! Shower and top look new.
