He was able to come the same day to fix the vent. From beginning to end they were very professional, personable, neat and efficient. I got great service! I didn't want someone just stirring up dust, I wanted it cleaned and disinfected. I have an allergic reaction even when I empty the dust collector of my vacuum, but when they were done with a full day of duct cleaning, I was fine! He took care of our dryer too. It was a terrible mess! Previous owners had never taken care of it. It didn't even have a grate to prevent rodents from entering. All brite took care of that for me too. I posted to this my town's facebook page and wanted to share it here as well: My dad's funeral is coming up next weekend and I have 100 people coming to my house after the burial for a celebration of life. He didn't have a Will (probably thought he had more time, but his death was sudden and unexpected) and money is tight. Don't look futher those guys are the best. I contacted them after my tenant moved out and left my condo in a horrible shape, and terrible smell. My dryer broke and part of the reason may have been a clogged duct. Art came out with another gentleman and they were professional and got the job done well. Literally less than 30 minutes ago, I put in a request for an estimate to have a velvet sofa and leather sectional that are both brand new to be treated for stains IE Scotchgard or something similar. Update: Just getting around to writing this update. When I turned on the furnace after this company's visit, my house filled with acrid smoke. Turns out their cleaning process had pushed a rubber-studded cloth glove down through the ducts and onto the heating fins in the furnace itself. Their "cleaning" of the furnace did not uncover or remove this large piece of debris. I have never worked with a furnace before, but removing a register and peering inside, I immediately saw the charred glove and removed it myself. Also, after speaking with the owner it seems that turning on the furnace and letting it run after the cleaning should have been part of their visit, so in addition to this important oversight, the workers did not do all of the job they were paid to do. Nice guys, but I think their main thing is carpet and upholstery cleaning, not HVAC work. read more

This is my first review on yelp and they definitely deserve the kudos. I recently replaced my dryer, naively thinking it was older and no longer working appropriately. I bought this great LG dryer, installed it, and guess what, WET CLOTHES!! So my new dryer is extra fancy and has a test to tell you what is wrong. Happily it shows me it's the exhaust system. Now I search for a dryer vent cleaning service. I rely on reviews...I know ironic since I don't write them, but I value people's honest opinions of service providers. I called All-Brite and spoke with Art. He was very honest and friendly. I told him my situation and he said he would try told get me It on as soon as possible, but guaranteed me for the next Friday. Art shows up with the plan of cleaning my dryer vent system and uncovers a cheaply constructed venting system that has been destroyed by birds. He immediately quoted me a great deal to replace the system. It took the several trips to the store and a few holes in my walls (yeah ouch), my dryer now drys in less than 30 minutes!!! When my husband and I bought our house in June of 2013, we knew we wanted our air ducts cleaned out right away. We ended up using All Brite for the air duct cleaning, shampooing all of our carpets, and cleaning the upholstery on two sofas and two upholstered chairs. They did an AWESOME job with all three tasks. I was amazed that they were able to get some of the set in super dark stains from one sofa in particular.
