We had a terrible mice infestation in a new home we bought in Inverness. Arron pulled out all the contaminated insulation, disinfected, put in fresh insulation and sealed the attics and basement. We thought we were paying $3327.00 for gutters and gutter guards, they invoiced us for a total of $6197.00!! That total was NEVER discussed or mentioned. Very misleading cost proposal, please be very aware and watch for ambiguous or misleading pricing so you don't get blindsided with a huge cost AFTER the job is done. We were especially caught of guard since just last summer 6/26 they replaced the gutters and installed gutter guards at our old (slightly smaller) house for a total of $2555.00.

It's been almost 2 years since we last cleaned our gutters and it shows. I called up Andy's, who did our last cleaning and put gutters on our garage, but they never got back to me after a call, email, and website submission. I got a few quotes, none of them from Turro, when a co-worker randomly mentioned a recent gutter cleaning done by Turro. I will never grow accustomed to the awkwardness that ensues when trying to schedule home repairs. It seems the rule, not the exception, that you're the one pushing for updates and begging for info. But I digress. After a few texts, I got my quote and was told they could come out the next day. The only real upside of a pandemic is that we're always home, so scheduling is easy. My only frustration was that we needed to run an errand and I couldn't pin down a window of time when they'd be out. I started to assume they weren't coming when it was almost 4 on a Friday, but they assured me they would be there and they were. Hot damn our gutters were filthy! Seeing all of the water run out when they unclogged them was pleasing. The also fixed one spot on our gutter where the downspout had been attached shoddily too. They did try and upsell us on gutter covers, which we opted not to do until we've had a chance to do a little research. On the one hand, I didn't love that most of the gunk from the gutters ended up in our grass, but on the other hand, it was evident that they did a thorough job. Overall, we'd hire them again. They beat all of the other quotes we got, were friendly, quick, and we didn't have to wait weeks for an appointment.

He showed me various gutter guards to replace the old ineffective guards. He helped me select the most effective solution for my situation. His eagerness to please his customers was very evident. I highly recommend Guttermost Pros for cleaning and/or installing gutter guards.

FIVE DAYS later with no response emailed them again. Got boilerplate excuse (busy season, miscommunication, blah, blah) saying I'd have a quote by email. Also they listed credit card as an acceptable payment method but DID NOT reveal that they assessed a 3% service charge (I had to ASK in a separate communication). Cannot comment on quality of the actual service I was requesting because I declined the quotation. If they CANNOT communicate in the quotation stage, how am I supposed to trust them by just GIVING them money in advance and no commitment for the work?
