I called back a few hours later to see if I needed to get in touch with another company, they stated they had a crew finishing a job and would be by after. Hours later they hadn't arrived, I'd tried getting in touch with someone at the office, calling for hours. I eventually called the main ServePro number, and ServePro corporate easily reached the Orland office and connected me to the same person I'd been speaking with. He had no idea the crew hadn't arrived and didn't know where they were. Eventually they found another crew who arrived at the house at 9pm. The crew was great at removing the wet carpet and items we had in the basement, but didn't remediate properly (based on other evaluations we had done the following week). There were continued and ongoing challenges working with the office. No proactive communication, not a single deadline hit (sending crews, quoting, billing, picking up equipment, all late). ServePro also only takes payment via a direct bank transfer, so if you need emergency service be prepared to transfer $1,000 as a hold for equipment rental. Credit card payment will cost you an extra 2.6% service fee. I do not recommend this location.
