Recently had Mold remediation and water damage looked at, and work done on our house by ProCare Restoration. Our adventure started out with a Sump failure in our basement after the big storms last weekend. ProCare was the ONLY company that was able to have an inspection done the day after, all other companyies told us it would be a couple of days because of the back log from the storm. Tim was the young Team lead, who made it by regardless of time to inspect and quote the work on our house. He was thorough, professional, and straight forward. Was almost spot on in his estimate and when the actual work came out a little higher, he still honored the original estimate. Work commenced almost immediately and was done swiftly. I reviewed the work performed and was thoroughly impressed with the immediate and amazing results. Great customer service. Our molding issue was taken care of without having to delay the installation of our new flooring. The techs were aware of exactly what they were there to do onsite without any further explanation. Even the scheduling and questions were easily answered! The scheduler was very knowledgeable - you can tell she's passionate about making sure the customer's questions are answered and she does a great job of ensuring that the situation is going to be handled. ProCare Restoration was very helpful in both assessing a leak and recommending remediation services. I found them to be very insightful and friendly to work with. Procare conducted a tape test of the existing mold and was able to provide a quick turnaround for estimated repair services. The staff is extremely knowledgable and friendly. Although it was not a good situation with a leak from the roof and mold, Procare took care of it quickly and for a very affordable price. Procare did a great job last year clearing out the mold out of my basement. A year has passed and I noticed some white material along the edge of my carpet that looked like mold. I contacted them and they came out again free of charge to follow up and check if it was mold. Fortunately it just ended up being drywall dust and possibly some limestone dust from the ground. I hired ProCare to check and treat the mold in my bathroom after another company took too long to get back to me and estimated a longer removal process. ProCare came right away and did a quick air test. Then they came back, purified the air and removed mold spores in my bathroom. Now I can remodel it without any concerns! We hired ProCare to treat black mold on bathroom floor in our rental property. They always arrived on time and were able to give quote on site during first visit.
