The carpet I selected was top-shelf quality, and the installation team couldn't have been more professional or done a better job. A few seams are visible, but that was expected and was actually the result of not ordering excess carpet unnecessarily, which I appreciated. The installation exceeded my expectations, and the crew treated my freshly painted home with the same care and respect as if it were their own. I intentionally waited before writing this review to make sure everything performed as expected over time. Now that I've had the opportunity to live with the finished product, I can confidently say I'm extremely happy with the results. When I need additional carpet in the future, Larry at American Carpet Distributors will be my first phone call. Highly recommended!

After numerous attempts to fix the gaps I was lied to that it was water damage but the guy who came spoke zero English (this matters later) and didn't even touch the floors. Something felt really off so I did some research through connections I have and found there to be 25 complaints of gapping and bubbling with the company. When challenged I was told by Arthur his lawyer was being added to the email but there is one problem that email doesn't belong to any attorney at all for that matter. A previous contractor had installed LVP flooring in my mother's condominium so improperly that it created significant issues and posed a safety concern. I initially contacted Pete at 312 Flooring after finding the company online, simply hoping to get expert advice about the poor installation. Pete generously took the time to explain how the flooring should have been installed and what needed to be corrected. At that point, I was only seeking advice--not expecting to hire anyone. His knowledge, patience, and willingness to help impressed me so much that I called back to see whether 312 Flooring could repair the work the other contractor had left behind. They absolutely could--and did. The team handled a challenging project with exceptional skill and attention to detail. Their team assessed the situation, corrected the installation, and completed the job safely, properly, and with excellent craftsmanship. Communication was consistent and clear from start to finish. The crew was professional, knowledgeable, respectful of my older mom, and went above and beyond to ensure the job was done right. The finished result reflects the high quality of their workmanship. I sincerely regret not choosing 312 Flooring initially, and I would recommend them without reservation.

And i can say with no shadow of a doubt, working with Home Carpet One (Jonathan Carey in particular) comes out at the very top of my positive experience list. For background, I purchased 3 rooms of wool carpet, 2 custom-made large rugs and 3 flights of stair runners with landing carpet. Firstly, their work is unbelievable - Jonathan's guidance and knowledge was so helpful, and gets you your quote quickly and scheduled for install even faster. The installation team are easily the best I've worked with. They come prepared to do a completely custom job that's tailored exactly to your needs, right down to sewing on stair runner edging on site to make sure the colors work once the carpet is laid. They happily resized a rug (on site) for me once i realized I'd ordered it too large, and redelivered the product in 3 days. Today, they installed our stair runners (less than 2 weeks after i ordered them) and the whole way along they checked that i was happy with the look, and offered sage advice on lines and patterns that i never would have thought of. Honestly, don't waste your time going anywhere else - i wish i never bothered with the horrible salespeople i experienced over at the Mart! Great value, fabulous product, and truly excellent service.
