He got back to me right away, I explained to him the issue and that I knew it was likely too small for him to take on. He told me not to worry about it, that he was more than happy to come on by and handle it. He came by, diagnosed what was going on, explained to me in detail his plan to fix the carpet, and was in and out in under 60 minutes at a very, very reasonable price. The carpet looks good as new! Needed some carpet repair - new padding and some re-seeming and re-stretching for part of my existing basement carpet after a pipe burst requiring the carpet to be partially pulled up and the wet padding removed.
